We have allowed for a steel property pole to inside of boundary for O/H connection. If a connection onto the building is allowed some savings can be achieved on this. - An Electrical & Communication riser will be required on this project! There is nothing marked on the plans at this stage so this will need to be addressed. Scope of Quoted Works : Further to our recent discussions, we thank you for the opportunity to submit hereunder our quotation for the installation of a Fire Protection & Building Occupant Warning System, (BOWS), into the above Premises. This quotation is based on the equipment totals from Cushway Blackford & Associate Engineering Project Number , Plans E01 to E05 Rev. A. In our quotation we have allowed for the following: Supply and install an Automatic smoke detection throughout the common area of the building in accordance with AS1670. Each dwelling unit will have a standalone heat/smoke alarms that WILL NOT activate the Building Occupant Warning System,(BOWS), or any general alarm output devices such as QFRS, and will not evacuate the entire building. All other common areas detection will be connected to the Local Fire Panel and WILL evacuate the entire building. NOTE: - No allowance for connection to Brigade. - No allowance for any ongoing testing or maintenance. - All equipment comes with 12 month waranty Scope of Variation : - Requested to supply & install an additional 2.5KW A/C systme to bedroom 2 of Unit 9 as per site request.
