3 PART I. Statement of Work 1.0 Overview: This Statement of Work (SOW) establishes requirements for: a. The installation of access control equipment, hydrolic/electric vehicle access control devices, CCTV cameras & HVR and an AiPhone system. b. The State of Arizona requires two quotes from each bidding vender, one for equipment only and one for equipment plus installation. Selection will be based on meeting the requirements within this scope and State available funds. 1.1 Scope a. The Electronic Security Systems (ESS) department of the Arizona Department of Emergency Military Affiars & the Arizona Army National Guard requires the installation of an ACP (access control point) to aid in the vehicle access control point for the Silverbell Army Heliport located in Marana, Arizona. The new ACP has the required infrastrtucture installed with required conduit and cable paths. If the installation cost is greater than what the State of Arizona anticipates, then the state will revert to the lowest responsible bid for the equipment only quotation. b. The selected contractor shall install new, completely functional access control hardware that meets the specification listed in this scope of work. The specific equipment model numbers listed in this scope are required and shall not be substituted, they will be labeled with required. c. Specifically, the contractor shall install access control hardware three lanes of traffic entering the base, a visitor lane (lane 1), employee lane (lane 2) and a large vehicle lane (lane 3). Equipment listed, installing gate arms with concrete pads, mounting panels, card readers and CCTV cameras. AZARNG ESS staff will program head end equipment and the LNL-2220 intelligent dual reader controller (IDRC).
4 2.0 Requirements a. Lane 1 is the visitor lane, located nearest the guard shack (see attachment A0 01r1- AREA SITE PLAN_ pdf). This lane of traffic will require the installation of one 14' HySecurity strong Arm part number HTG ST / required. 1 in ground vehicle sensing loop (reset function) to control closure, so that arm 1 Edge sensor to re-open the arm if an obstruction is encountered. Gate arm will be controlled by push button and toggle switch located in the 1 concrete mounting slab that is a minimum of 20 x20 x20 with the electrical b. Lane 2 is the employee lane. located in between the visitor lane1 and the large vehicle lane 3 (see attachment A0 01r1- AREA SITE PLAN_ pdf). The HVR listed below will be mounted in the room labeled IT in (A1 01r1 PLANS_ (2).pdf). All Coaxial / CAT5 cable will be run and terminated by selected contractor. The contractor will mount all cameras and run 24VDC/VAC or 12VDC power accordingly.
