3 1. Instructions The theftproof fog machine is used to protect personal property and safety, but improper use will lead to a potential electric shock or fire danger. To prevent damage, please abide by following basic rules of installation, operation and service. To protect ouirselves and safely use fog machine, please assure to read these important terms carefully before use. 2. Packing details: The accessories of fog machine including: One host machine. One bottle of 1500cc fog liquid, non-toxic, made by harmless vegetable ingredients. One holder, to fix it on the ceiling. Four pieces of φ5*φ10 Expansion Screws. Suggest at least one extra bottle of fog liquid attached when use. 3. Functions of fog machine Fog machine is used to protect high valuable things from being burglary. After the fog machine installed, when the PIR, door sensor or system host is being activated, will immediately generate smoke, fill the whole room and reduce the visibility to 10-15CM, easily defeat invaders of stolen goods under the impact of dense smoke. Because they almost can not see anything. To provide you a safe time (around 30mins) to protect property before the authorized staff appear. Characteristic of fog machine: Fog is non-toxic, won t hurt human body and leave any residues harm to appliance, furniture, computer etc. Fog with other safety sensor and safety control console to form a security net. These sensors contain of PIR, (being used in the most professional alarm system), door and window sensor, other sensors to detect invaders. Fog can be packed by traditional way (wire connection). high-efficiency thermal insulation and protection compartment, to promote energyefficient. Safety and operation instruction 4.1 Where can t use the product Don t use the product near the water such as: bathtub, washbasin, water channel in the kitchen or near washbasin, in a humid basement or near the swimming pool etc. Don t close to high magnetic envirenment. 4.2 Ventilation required Panel and side openings for ventilation to ensure safe operation and avoid overheating, these openings must not be blocked or covered. Don t put the machine on the bed, sofa, carpet or other similars to prevent openings being blocked, product should not put the places like bookcase or bookshelf, unless there are properly openings or follow manufacturer indication. 4.3 Power The product only use the kind of power marked on the label, if you are not sure about the kind of power at home, please consult to product dealer or local power company. For product intended to operate from battery power, or other sources, refer to the operating instructions. 4.4 Power load Do not overload wall outlets, extended line or integral convenient socket as this can result in a danger of fire or electric shock. The unit uses maximum 1000 Watt. 4.5 Fog liquid It is vital and important to ensure using fog liquid provided by your local dealer where you bough this product. Do not use other fog liquid. 4.6 Service Do not try to repair the product by yourself as open or remove lid may make you in dangerous or other hazard, please consult qualified service personal for all services. 4.7 Heat The product should be loacatd away from heat sources, such as radiator, stove or other products produce heat (including magnifier). 4.8 Installation products The product is very heavy (around 20 kilo), therefore, must install in the wall can support the product. 3

5 4.9 After activation of fog After the machine was triggered activation of fog, before next trigger, about ten minutes to preheat, re-enter the monitoring status. Attention:Do not touch the surface of the product when power on as the product in the heat. 5. Warranty conditions 5.1 Warranty period Six month warranty from the date of shipment when the machine under normal operation. 5.1 Delay and eliminate warranty Following situations will be required to collect extra cost within warranty period. The device is damaged or destroyed as a result of acts of nature or by environmental influences (moisture, electric shock, dusts, etc.) The device was stored or operated under conditions not in compliance with the technical specification. However, if the device was opened, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by SIPOL, SIPOL will not provide any warranty service. 2. Based on the responsibility and obligation listed on the warranty card, SIPOL will be only in charge of the repair or replacement of the defectives. SIPOL is not responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the buyer or third party. Wire terminal instruction of fog machine 7.1 The functions of each terminal(picture.2): 1.AC IN the terminal is power input, input voltage: 220~240V AC. 2.TRIGGER The port for the input, which is normally open under normal conditions, in case this group of ports were closed, fog machine will spray smoke immediately. Attention:When turn the third switch on SET1 to ON position on the right side of fog machine (picture. 3), smoke spray will start oppositely, which indicate that this groups of ports are changed from normal open status to normal close status. 3.ON/OFF The port for the input, normal open and powen on, in case this group of ports were closed, fog machine will power off. Attention:1.Unable to power off operation in just 30 seconds when power on. 2.Monitoring and stop to spray the smoke will fail after power off, please cautiously operate. 4.Tamper The port for the output, normally on low. Resistence (<1KOHM, interpreted as NC status), when the cover of fog liquid at the bottom of machine or the shell of the machine is opened, the port will change to high resistencstatus, and spray smoke at once. Attention: When turn the first switch SET1 to ON position on the right side of fog machine (picture. 3), output function will be failed and remain in low resistence status and it will not spray out the smoke. 5.LOW OIL The port for the output,normally on low resistence (<1KOHM, interpreted as NC status), when the fog machine detect only few or without fog liquid, the port will change to high resistence status. (NO status). 6.12V The port for the output,power supply DZ 12V-250ma, commonly used in sensors power supply for PIR, window. 7.ALARM The port for the output, normally on low resistence (<1KOHM, interpreted as NC status), when the fog machine is triggered to spray smoke, the port will change to high resistence status. (NO status), Time of port changed follow the time of spray smoke. 8.RELAY The port for the output, each point marked in accordance with PCB panel, When the fog machine is triggered to spray smoke, NO contact point will change to NC, NC point will change to NO, time of port changed follow the time of spray smoke. 9. MAIN FAIL The port for the output, normally on low resistence (<1KOHM, interpreted as NC status), will change to high resistence status (NO status) when power cut. Picture.2 5

(picture.3). 8.1 LED indication instruction Power LED: 1.always on, on behalf of the whole machine has come into monitoring, can be triggered smoke at any time. 2.Flashing once every 0.5 second, two short warnings every 30 seconds,which shows the power is cut off, machine power supply transfer to UPS inside, and the machine under monitoring status and be triggered to spray smoke at any time. But due to heat restrictions so that the status only maintain 30 minutes after the power cut off. Alarm LED : 1.always on, heating status, machine can not spray smoke, enter anti-theft and monitoring after the LED go out, this occurs around 30 minutes at the beginning of power supply. 2. Flashing once every 0.5 second, under spray smoke status. 3.LED falshes twice every two seconds and on behalf of machine ever has been triggered to spray smoke. Fault LED: 1.always on, and buzzer has one short warning every 3 seconds, it means the installation of fog liquid are not correct. 2.Flashing once every 0.5 second and buzzer has one long warning belonging to heating device failture. 3.flashing once every 2 seconds and buzzer has a short warning,which shows the machine shell or the cover of fog liquid on the bottom didn t install. 6

8 4.Flashing twice every 2 seconds and one short warning every 5 seconds as a result of overheating indication of machine. Low liquid LED: 1.always on, and buzzer has a short warning every 5 minutes and shows the content of fog liquid is low, please add or replace a new fog liquid in time. 2.flashing once every 0.5 second and buzzer has a long warning and a short warning every five minutes that shows fog liquid uses up, even if the machine is triggered, can not spray smoke. Please pay attention to this point. 8.2 Swtich function instruction on the right side SET1 pull switch Picture.3 First one, set sensor switch for machine shell or cover of fog liquid is effected or not, when placed in OFF, sensor switch is effective, which means machine shell or the cover of fog liquid is opened, willl spray smoke immediately, and LED FAULT indicator on the panel will warn (ref.7.1), when placed in ON, sensor switch inside the machine will be out of action. which means the machine will not detect machine shell or the cover of fog liquid are opened or not. Second one, set whether to turn off the power, when placed in OFF, machine comes into power on status, when placed in ON, machine coms into power off status. Third one,set trigger pattern of Trigger port,when placed in OFF,TRIGGER port is normally open,external device from open circuit into short circuit status,will spray smoke immediately. when placed in ON,TRIGGER port is normally close. Fourth one, set whether PB2 switch is working, when placed in OFF, PB2 switch will be loss of function. when placed in ON, PB2 switch will be effected, refer for detailed function. 7

9 8.2.2 PB2 push switch Set different time of spray smoke every once press, buzzer has a warning go with. Buzzer sounds one time and Alarm LED flashes one time that shows time of spray smoke is 15 seconds, buzzer sounds twice continuely and alarm LED flashes twice that shows time of spray time is 30 seconds, buzzer sounds three times continuely and alarm LED flashes three times that shows time of spray smoke is 45 seconds, buzzer sounds four times continuely and alarm LED flashes four times that shows spray time is 60 seconds, once setting finished, will not impact by machine s main power or the whole power was cut off Smog spray time, 15s-60s, once you settled, it wouldn t be affected by power out or switch off the machine. A, press the PB2 button first time, spray time 15S, the green alarm LED lighting and alarming. B, press the PB2 button second time, spray time 30S, the green alarm LED blink second time and alarming. C, press the PB2 button third time, spray time 45S, the green alarm LED blink accordigly and alarming. D, press the PB2 button fourth time, spray time 60S, the green alarm LED blink accordingly and alarming Extended press for 5 seconds, will spray smoke and long press one second during spray smoke, machine will stop to spray smoke, the function can be used as the selection of periodic maintenance inspection. 9. Start using fog machine 9.1 Install fog machine Should install fog machine on the floor or support fixed on the wall to protect those with high valuable items. Attention: It is very important that wall need solid enough to support the fog machine. 9.2 When the fog machine powers on When fog machine connect to the power, it will give out a burst of long buzzing, meanwhile, four LED on the panel flashing circulately (about 30 seconds). Machine will begin to preheat, there will be a small amount of smoke give out during the period of preheating. About 30 minutes after preheat time, machine enter into formally monitoring status when POWER LED is lit. Attention: Fog machine need ventilation and can not cover the machine. 10. Fill fog liquid and re-fill fog liquid instruction Attention proceedings of fog liquid replacement Must be sure to connect power cord and power supply when fill or re-fill fog machine, only this way to make the fog liquid counter reset automatically. 8

10 10.2 Fog liquid installation and replacement steps: A B With + screwdriver to open the cover at the bottom of fog machine. C 1.Twist the support screws of machine by hand. 2.Pull out the support, fog liquid will be removerd successfully. D Pull out the rubber cube connected to fog liquid. Twist the cover of old fog liquid and replace it for the new fog liquid. E Installation fog liquid back to a fixed slot according to theopposite direction, complete replacement. 9
