1 Attention all Master Gardeners and friends who want to plant unique bulbs this fall! First Annual Bulb Sale Begins August 1 st and ends September 4 th. Sale lasts one month, so order yours now! Share with your family and friends. Central Oregon Master Gardener Asoociation is holding its first annual Bulb Sale now. During the month of August you can order bulbs through C.O.M.G.A. using the attached order form. The Bulb Sale Committee, including Shelby Smith, Jacquie Siewert-Schade, Chris Miao, Sheila Dell, Joan Morrison, Nancy Glick and Chair Pat Kolling, has selected unique bulbs from a reputable dealer that are not available in stores and that will prosper in Central Oregon. See photos of the selected bulbs on the MG website at Just picture a warm spring day in your garden with daffodils and muscari in bloom DON T WAIT, ORDER TIME IS LIMITED, SO GET STARTED NOW!. There will be a preview of the bulbs at the C.O.M.G.A. Board Meeting August 13 th and at the annual BBQ at the OSU Extension office on August 18 th. Bring your checkbook and order your bulbs then, or complete the attached form and send it with your check to Chris Miao c/o COMGA at Pine Vista Drive, Bend by September 4th. The bulbs will ship in late September and arrive here in early October. Pick-up will be after October 16 th. We will be holding a community education class on nurturing your bulbs in Central Oregon before planting time. This is a fund-raiser that benefits the Central Oregon Master Gardener Association program and its teaching efforts in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. Support COMGA and order your bulbs now.
