A memorial tribute is a lasting legacy - to the honoured individual and to the community where the furnishing is placed. Nothing But Furnishings pays careful attention to details such as good quality hardware and beautiful finishes for the Memorial Bench Program, thus enriching the location and the effect of the Tribute. Nothing But Furnishings memorial plaques feature a dark leatherette background and raised bronze-coloured letters. All plaques can be installed on either wood or recycled plastic bench materials. The installation offers a flush finish with the plaque installed centered on the top slat, providing a clean and comfortable installation. Plaques are installed on a horizontal face only for reasons of durability and comfort. Our standard plaque size is 2 x 14 accommodating 3 lines of text, 34 characters and spaces between each line. For clarity, the standard font is TIMES NEW ROMAN, all capitalized letters. The delivery time is approximately 6 weeks after the proof is submitted to the foundry. 5

21 Material Options MATERIAL OPTIONS We offer our customers two material options: 1. Recycled Plastic 2. Cedar RECYCLED PLASTIC COLOURS Standard Colours are: Redwood, Cedar, Putty and Green. Custom colours are available upon request. Redwood Cedar Putty Green RECYCLED CONTENT Nothing But Furnishings products are all 100% recyclable. For every pound of plastic, 80% is recycled from milk jugs and laundry detergent bottles. CEDAR OPTIONS We offer our customers both unfinished and finished cedar options. Unfinished Finished FRAME COLOUR Our standard frame colour is black. Additional colours are available upon request. Our steel material is 70-80% recycled. 21

(These products are also warranted not to rot, split, crack or splinter during this period.) Limited 1 year warranty on all cedar products against structural failure. (Seasonal checks and surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship as they are natural characteristics of wood.) Limited 1 year warranty on any item not covered above. Our warranty assures that your product will be repaired or replaced without charge within the parameters of this warranty. You will be required to reference the name plate and provide photographs for each claim. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or vandalism, unauthorized alteration or acts of God. SHIPPING POLICY Our experienced shipping staff is ready to help you. We will choose the most economical and practical way to ship your product, unless specific routing instructions are indicated at the time of order. You will be provided with a freight quote based on your location and the weight and volume of your order. Upon arrival, off loading is the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate any freight damage on the bill of lading and report any product shortages to us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that any missing or damaged items will be covered under warranty.
