General Park Impressions: Park amenities are tired and in poor shape. Most fencing structures have mangled fabric, leaning poles and gaps. Tennis courts are worn out and patching is very evident. Shelter houses are original and have outlasted life expectancy. Park requires updating. Accessibility Level: Good parking access along with paved walkways to park amenities.

Grade of the outfield shows depressions, and high spots 2. Outfield grass has uneven coverage and is infield with weeds. 3. Foul poles are leaning and paint is dull. 4. Fence has gaps, bowed, leaning and fabric is mangled. 5. Infield material 6. Lighting is sub standard with old bulbs and wooden poles 1. Re-grade outfield to improve drainage. 2. Replace infield material with a material that dries quickly and requires less maintenance. 3. Re-place all fence materials with black vinyl coated fencing. 4. Replace/repair foul poles 5. Upgrade lighting system to current spill and glare on metal poles. 6. Monitor and maintain as outlined in maintenance standards being developed.
