Grade of the outfield shows depressions, and high spots 2. Outfield grass has uneven coverage and is infield with weeds. 3. Foul poles are leaning and paint is dull. 4. Fence has gaps, bowed, leaning and fabric is mangled. 5. Infield material 6. Lighting is sub standard with old bulbs and wooden poles 1. Re-grade outfield to improve drainage. 2. Replace infield material with a material that dries quickly and requires less maintenance. 3. Re-place all fence materials with black vinyl coated fencing. 4. Replace/repair foul poles 5. Upgrade lighting system to current spill and glare on metal poles. 6. Monitor and maintain as outlined in maintenance standards being developed. Stripe lot for parking. 1. Overlay asphalt and seal coat. 2. Widen areas as need to meet 10 ft. widths. $395,000 $15, Replace drinking fountain $4, Entrance Sign Concrete sign along SW 19 th. 1.
