1 Mark Good (289) Durham Street (Lakehurst) West District Sept 2012 Restoration conversion back to single detached dwelling, internal floorplan and exterior painting and windows Mark Good undertook significant renovations to restore the property back to a single dwelling floor plan including restoration of added door back to a window. Renovations also included an addition to front porch to wrap around corner of house as well as painting of all trim in white. All existing windows were also replaced with vinyl clad inserts with wood trim. 1
2 Rachel Dunbrack King St. East East District Sept 2013 Restoration Ontario Cottage window replication, interior work Rachel Dunbrack undertook an extensive and comprehensive restoration of this Ontario Vernacular Cottage. The applicant consulted with staff all the way through the process. The renovation included the replacement of all the windows with vinyl inserts to replicate the appearance of the original windows, while the original wood window sills, frames and trim were restored and preserved. 2
3 Claire & Sarah Andrews King St E East District April 2014 Window and door restoration Claire and Sarah Andrews had a number of windows and two French doors replaced with new wood frames and sashes interested within the existing wood frames. The new windows were installed with an exterior sheet of glass with lead tape on both surfaces to match the original diamond pattern of the leaded glass windows. The French doors were replicated with new wood doors and simulated leaded glass windows to match the rest of the house. 3

5 George Low-Keen Bagot St West District Aug 2014 Restoration post fire Side Elevation - Interior George Low-Keen undertook an extensive and comprehensive restoration of this Ontario Vernacular Cottage after damage caused by fire. The applicant consulted with staff all the way through the process. The renovation included significant interior renovations, new plumbing and electrical, replaced floors, drywall and total replacement of all windows and exterior cladding. In particular, the restoration of the main gothic window and porch with gothic columns on the front facade are very well done. 5
6 Dawn Hewton Division St George District Restoration siding, windows, front porch Dawn Hewton purchased this property in Summer of 2014 and in just over a year has accomplished significant exterior restorations and compatible additions. In Fall 2014, the owner removed all blue aluminum siding to expose and restore original wood cladding beneath with fresh paint. In the process they had to repair and restore the window casings as well. In Spring of 2015, the owner proposed a new porch addition in keeping with the Georgian style of the house. The subject property was designated prior to it being incorporated into the George Street HCD in
