40 SIGNATURE WALLCOVERING SOFFIT Finish Details: Gypsum soffits 24 and taller: Use Chase wallcovering material (WC-2) showing 3 rows of pattern. Apply wallcovering starting at the bottom of the soffit. Paint any soffit area above the wallcovering with Chase Tan Paint (PT-1) up to the ceiling. Paint bottom of soffit Benjamin Moore 811 Old Glory (PT-4). Gypsum soffits between 16 and 23 : Use Chase wallcovering material (WC-2) and trim down to 16 (trim off top row of pattern). Paint soffit area above the wallcovering with Chase Tan Paint (PT-1) up to the ceiling. Paint bottom of soffit Benjamin Moore 811 Old Glory (PT-4). Gypsum soffits smaller than 16 or no existing gypsum soffit : Use 18 hanging soffit. Chase Tan Paint (PT- 1) should be painted on the existing soffit behind the mock soffit if necessary. Chase Logo: Installed by merchandising vendor. 13 high logo for 24 wallcovering. 9 high logo for 16 wallcovering. Consult with Brand Experience if you have questions concerning wallcovering installation on soffit heights not described in these guidelines. 41 SIGNATURE HANGING SOFFIT Hanging Soffit Details: Manufactured out of a material called Microlite. The Hanging Soffit can be suspended from the ceiling or wallmounted depending on site conditions. The Chase logo is installed during the manufacturing process. Retrofit locations above teller lines and possibly the customer service center Sizes: 18 high with a 9 high logo 12 high with a 7.5 high logo (custom order) Hanging Illuminated Soffit Details: Manufactured out of a material called Microlite. The Illuminated Hanging Soffit can be suspended from the ceiling or wallmounted depending on site conditions. The illuminated Chase logo is installed during the manufacturing process and requires an electrical connection. In-Store locations when approved by the BE Team Sizes: 26 high with an illuminated LED logo 24-hour illumination required. BR Glass UPDATED 01/25/
