2 1. CHI ULTRALOUNGE Project Overview CHI Ultralounge is the reincarnation of the famous Bed Supperclub nightclub. The new nightclub is set in Bed s iconic spaceship-like structure which was dismantled and placed in storage when Bed Supperclub closed in The structure of the legendary Bangkok nightclub is under new ownership and was rebuilt on neighboring Sukhumvit Soi 13. It was established by Daryl Scott, a well-known figure in the nightclub scene of Bangkok, Phuket and Koh Samui in Thailand, as well as in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) for nearly 15 years. Project Details 1. Type of Business: Nightclub, lounge and Asian fusion restaurant. 2. Open Date: 24/02/ Concept: Bringing a mix of exotic, spiritual and technical influences to diners in Bangkok. 4. Website: Location map CHI Ultralounge is located in Sukhumvit Soi 13, around the corner from the original Bed Supperclub which used to be in Sukhumvit Soi 11.

3 Bed Supperclub s iconic spaceship-like structure was resurrected and reinvented as CHI Ultralounge. It was taken taken apart piece by piece and moved one street further to Sukhumvit Soi 13 before being reassembled and painted an eye-catching sterling silver. CHI is divided between a restaurant and a nightclub, and they re planning to add a giant fish tank containing 4-foot dragon fish.

5 2. THE COMMONS Project Overview The Commons is a loft-like, open-plan new community mall in the trendy Thong Lor area. It is located on a small landscape in Thong Lor soi 17 and is divided into 4 floors and zones with a hangout area at the staircase. Project Details 1. Type of Business: Community and food mall 2. Open Date: 13/02/ Concept: A space artisanal suppliers to sell their wares and for the community to hang out and socialize. 4. Location: Thong Lor, Bangkok, Thailand 5. Target Customer: Local residents 6. Retail Area: Approximately 2,000 sqm 7. Developer & Operator: Varatt and Vicharee Vichit-Vadakan (brother and sister) 8. Architect: Department of Architecture (Thailand); 9. Website: Location map The Commons is located in Thong Lor neighborhood, one of Bangkok s trendiest and most prosperous areas.

6 The landscape is subdivided into courtyards, seats and terraces, inviting people to walk up and down as they are led to different spaces. In a continual flow, the space gradually ascents from the first to the third floor with the communal ground as the starting point.

7 The mall is divided into 4 zones: 1) The Market, located at the bottom-most floor, which has a collection of food and drink stalls; 2) Village, an area designed for small shops for flowers, gadgets, clothes, drinks and waffles; 3) Play Yard, an activity area with a play zone for kids; and 4) Wellness center, called Absolute You. There is a small garden on the Top Yard that features Roast, a well-known café in Thailand established by Varatt. Each floor contains a common area where people can spend their time hanging out, relaxing or participating in activities.
