7 Directions to the Field Day July 19, 2018 For MapQuest or your GPS: American University 4400 Massachusetts Ave., NW Washington, DC July 19, :30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. American University is at the intersection of Massachusetts and Nebraska Avenues (Ward Circle) in Northwest Washington, DC. Registrants are encouraged to car pool or take public transportation. Due to construction parking is limited. If coming by METRO Rail take the RED line to the TENLEYTOWN/AU stop. From there, you can take the free AU shuttle BLUE bus which will take you to main campus. Parking- Parking is available in the Katzen Arts Center garage located at 4400 Massachusetts Avenue, directly across from the main entrance to American University. Take your parking space number to the pay station located in the elevator lobby. Enter your stall event code which will be sent to all registrants via prior to the event. This code will provide you with complimentary parking for the day. From the garage entrance walk across Massachusetts Avenue and take the walkway to the left of the main entrance sign which will lead you to the main quad where the event is located.
