7 2018 Home Gardener Day & Mid-Atlantic Horticulture Short Course January 15 19, 2018 Founders Inn & Spa, Virginia Beach, VA Exhibit/Sponsor Display Information Exhibitors & Sponsors located inside Ballroom 4, beside lecture halls, registration desk & refreshment areas. Exhibitors can promote & sell from your space. Setup: Home Gardener Day from 2pm Sunday, Jan. 14, completed by midnight. MAHSC from 6pm Monday, Jan. 15, completed by 11pm. Both Events from 2pm Sunday, Jan. 14, completed by midnight. Tables: One (1) 6 table assigned by VHF staff. Exhibit areas are accessible (no stairs) from the parking lot or loading dock entrance. Banners: Must be hung by conference center staff. Banner size cannot exceed 6 in length for tables. Banners must be received by VHF no later than Friday, Jan. 12, to meet the deadline for hanging a banner. Staffing: Staffing at exhibits is encouraged, but not required. Peak visiting times include mornings (7:30 8:00am), and lunch breaks (12:15 1:45pm, Home Gardener Day; 11:30am 1:45pm, MAHSC). Exhibitor Badge: Each exhibitor receives two (2) badges. Badges entitle access to exhibit area ONLY; no participation in MAHSC classes is permitted unless exhibitor is also registered for the event or included in Sponsorship Level. Home Gardener Day exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary event registration for Home Gardener Day.
