12 LANTERNS Project Aims To collate information on street lighting adaptation schemes nationally Statistically examine whether reduced lighting has any effects on traffic crashes or crime Explore local public opinion on street lighting provision, and potential for reducing levels Investigate whether street lighting adaptation schemes offer value for money
