17 Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for Bucharest-Ilfov Region (SUMP) (II) An instrument of development policy, complementary to the General Urban Plan (GUP), Romania's General Transport Master Plan, Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Plan All the local authorities from Bucharest City and Ilfov Council (48 entities) The mail goal: Achieving an efficient, integrated, sustainable and safe transport system that promotes economic, social and territorial development and ensures a good quality of life.
