Facilities Management Overview QUT Draft Estate Master Plan QUT has developed a Draft Estate Master Plan for its main campuses (Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove) and the 17 distributed sites.

QUT has released a draft plan for public consultation which can be accessed online at qut.to/estatemasterplan.

1 Facilities Management Overview QUT Draft Estate Master Plan QUT has developed a Draft Estate Master Plan for its main campuses (Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove) and the 17 distributed sites. The draft plan reflects a short- to mediumterm vision and a longer-term planning and development vision for QUT s facilities, landscape and infrastructure. QUT has released a draft plan for public consultation which can be accessed online at qut.to/estatemasterplan. All submissions received by 5 August 2018 will be considered when QUT prepares a final Estate Master Plan. The QUT Estate Master Plan will be a guiding document for strategic planning and design of the QUT Estate; it will not be a detailed development plan.
