Enrico s son, Leo Vecellio, grew up in the family business. After returning from college and the Army, Leo also became a licensed contractor. 12 MINING & RECLAMATION W hite Rock Quarries is one of Florida s leading limestone producers and one of the nation s top-producing quarries. Located in northwest Miami-Dade County, White Rock was built from the ground up with high-volume production in mind, from mining, crushing and processing, to loading and ticketing customers trucks. Quality control is assured through extensive daily laboratory testing and continuous monitoring of all production operations.
