First stage refining: two S-W twin 60 CP refiners with motors ABB 15 MW. Second stage refining: two S-W twin 60 CP refiners with motors ABB 15 MW. Reject refiner in secondary stage. Reject press. Furnish: Ground wood 30% and TMP 70%. Freeness CSF. Consistency 3.5%. Four Andritz twin wire presses available: All four DWP 3 nip width 3600mm, capacity 250 ADT / day each. From BL1: Two Andritz twin wire presses in stainless, model DWP 3 nip, year 1993, width 3600mm, capacity 2 x 250 ADT/day. From BL7: Two Andritz twin wire presses in stainless, model DWP 3623-HP nip, year 1995, width 3600mm and capacity 2 x 250 ADT/day. Shredders: Two Andritz model SH3606, year 1993, and two year Mixer: Andritz HC mixer HCM4, year 1993, 3mm gap and load 13 kwh/t. 5 PAPER MACHINES Three papermachines: deckle 5600mm, grammage range 45 to 80 gsm, maximum speeds 1140 to 1200 m/min, year of manufacture 1963 to 1981 with rebuilds. Full details on request including drawings. Average dryness at wire 16-17%, after presses 43-44%. One machine PM7 has coater/speed sizer and tandem soft nip.
