No lacquer bead can develop. Oversprayed material at both sides of the board is collected by the dynamic edge covering device and thereafter re-circulated. Overspray has, to a good part, ceased to be waist material. 4 OPTION: Lacquer mixer unit complete for lacquer feeding station some lacquer tend to sedimentation, therefore we recommend a lacquer mixer unit complete unit with air pressure motor, pressure reduce valve, stainless steel parts # OPTION: Viscositymeter system for lacquer feeding station (Quality feature, data recording) The viscosity of the lacquer is continuously monitored and controlled by the viscosimeter mounted on top of the container. Because solvents are evaporating the viscosity is increasing. This solvents are replaced from the solvent container. The viscosimeter is feed by the lacquer pump in a by-pass loop with a valve for the adjustment of the flow. # With data aquisition and data registering all information shown on HMI OPTION: Heat-/Cooling unit for lacquer feeding station, recommended exact controlled ink temperature, independent on room temperatures or when refilled with fresh ink. OPTION: Gap reduction unit (automation) especially when automatic loader are in front of the coating line This unit centers the incomming boards and feed them centrically in the transport system of the spray coater unit. The incomming board stops directly in front of the board in advance. The gap between the two boards is reduced to a minimum.
