1 2012 ICC Code Development Hearings 2012 Code Development Cycle: The 2012 International Code Council (ICC), Code Development Hearings were held from April 29 thru May 8, The deadline for public comment on the results of the hearings is August 1, 2012 and the Final Action Hearings will be October 24-28, 2012 in Portland, OR. The Group A Codes which include the International Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fuel Gas Code will be processed this year and the remaining Group B Codes which include the International Fire, Energy Conservation, Green Construction, Residential, Existing Building, and Property Maintenance Codes will be processed in The code change proposals of interest to AHRI are addressed.
