1 MXL/MXLV 19 Rack Mount Equipment Models: MXL-RK1, ACM-RK, MKB-RK, MMB-RK, MOM-RK, MPS-RK, TSP-RK, VSM-RK, CABLES-RK, MKB-3 ENGINEER AND ARCHITECT SPECIFICATIONS Standard 19 Rack Mounting for MXL and MXLV System Modules Rack Mount Sheet Metal Adapter Brackets Use Standard MXL/MXLV Modules 19 Rack Enclosure Shipped Complete NO Assembly Required Listed Description The RK Series of adapter plates provide the option of standard 19 rack mounting of MXL and MXLV system modules. The MXL-RK1 is a 70 inch high standard 19 wide x 18 deep rack package supplied complete with UL 864 listing directly from Cerberus Pyrotronics. The MXL-RK1 is supplied assembled with all side, back and top panels. The front door comes with a lock assembly using the same key as other Cerberus Pyrotronics enclosures. The door comes with a clear, fire rated plexiglass lens installed. MXL-RK1 also comes with a battery tray and all necessary mounting hardware. This equipment is approved for operation over the temperature range of 0 C to 49 C. All MXL modules require one or more of the following 19 rack mount adapter plates to mount inside the MXL-RK1. MXL and MXLV modules must be ordered seperately, the following are mounting plates: ACM-RK Voice Module Mounting Plate The ACM-RK mounting is 17½ high by 19 wide and has mounting space available for (1) ACM-1 Audio Control Module, (1) MMM-1 Master Microphone Module, (1) TMM-1 Telephone Master Module, (1) TBM-2 Terminal Block Module, and (1) PIM-1 Peripheral Interface Module. 2 MKB-RK MXL/V Display and Control Keypad Mounting Plate The MKB-RK Mounting Plate is high by 19 wide and has space available for (1) MKB-3 MXL Display and Control Keypad Module and (1) PIM-1 Peripheral Interface Module. MMB-RK MKB-RK MKB-3 MXL/V 19 Rack Mount Display and Control Keypad The MKB-3 is a fully functional MXL/V system display and control keypad module. The MKB-RK is required to mount the MKB-3 in the MXL-RK1 standard 19 wide rack mount enclosure. Only the MKB-3 is designed for use in the MXL- RK1 enclosure. MKB-3 should be ordered in place of other MXL/V model displays (MKB-1, MKB-2, MKB-4) for 19 rack mount use. The MKB-3 is configured via the MXL/V custom software generator program - AccuLINK and is addressed via a dipswitch on the MKB-3 s ANN-1 circuit board. MOM-RK MXL Expansion Module Cardcage Mounting Plate The MOM-RK mounting plate is 17½ high by 19 wide and has mounting space available for up to 3 MXL/V Expansion cardcages (MOM-4, MOM-2, OMM-1 or OMM-2) in any combination. The MXL-MPFO mounting plate may also be mounted on the MOM-RK to allow mounting of D2300CP Fiber Optic Interface Modules or CCU/M Pager Interface Modules. MOM-RK MPS-RK MXL/V Power Supply Mounting Plate The MPS-RK mounting plate is 8¾ high by 19 wide and allows mounting for up to (2) MPS-6 or MPS-12 Power Supplies.

3 CABLES-RK 19 Rack Mount Extended Interconnect Cables The CABLE-RK kit contains (4) extended length MXL and MXLV interconnection cables. It contains: (1) ACM to TMM-1 24 Cable (1) ACM to ANN-1 24 Cable (1) MMB to Battery 60 Cable (1) MMM-1 to ACM-1 6 Cable Ordering Information MPS-RK TSP-RK Internal Strip Printer Mounting Plate The TSP-RK is a 12½ high by 19 wide mounting plate set for mounting (1) TSP-40 Internal Thermal Strip Printer in the MXL-RK1 19 rack mount enclosure. The TSP-RK comes with a U-shaped plate with mounting studs for the TSP-40 printer. It is also supplied with a dress plate and clear lens.
