GC to verify sewer & GI POC locations and depths at time of bid 4. GC to provide 1 lettering phenolic labels for all RTU s, T-Stats, and above ceiling and/or behind panel shut offs (gas, water, etc.) 5. All POS and data CAT 5cable pulls provided and termination by GC s electrician. GC to provide all conduit 6. GC to provide a sewer & grease line camera video at start of construction and at turnover (before & after) 7. Be advised that Kahala provides as much information as possible to our bidders at the time of bid and in turn fully expects that this information is read, understood and taken into consideration when bidding our projects. If any applicable items are overlooked during this process, Kahala will reference back to said documents in the event that change orders are presented after construction starts and may reject said CO s if in conflict with information provided at time of bid.
