4 General entrance rules IN OUT Id card mandatory deposit << Exchange >> Electronic badges F Make sure your identification badge is always visible F Immediately report loss to your IRE project manager Page 4
5 General entrance rules Anyone who: Does not have a personal identification badge Has no professional reason to be on site at the time of entrance Is not expected by an identified IRE person is not allowed to enter the site Page 5
6 General entrance rules It is strictly FORBIDDEN ü To take pictures ü To introduce and have alcoholic beverages on the site Personal effects may be searched Page 6
7 Site entrance Vehicles are not allowed on the site prior to authorisation ü Personal vehicles are parked in the car park, ü Pedestrians ü Walk through pathway between the car park and the turnstile, ü Check in with both badge and personal secret code. Page 7
8 Site entrance Any driver allowed to enter the site with a vehicle ü Drops off passengers for pedestrian entrance, ü Stands by the speed gate, ü Strictly follows instructions from the security agent. Page 8
9 Site exit Pedestrians walk through the pathway Vehicle drivers ü Drop off passengers for pedestrian exit, ü Stand by the first traffic light, ring and wait until it turns green, ü Go to the 2d traffic light and wait for speed gate opening ü Enter the vehicle into the gate ü Check out with both badge and personal secret code, ü Leave the site. 12 Professional behaviour In the working areas ü Places are kept clean and tidy ü Tools and equipments are stored in appropriate locations ü Emergency doors are free of any obstacles Page 12
13 No smoking Smoking is totally prohibited A covered smoking area stands on the car park. Please smoke only in this dedicated area and exclusively during your lunch times. Page 13
14 Cyber security Because: Security is everyone s business, Each and everyone at the site is accountable for IT security.; Everyone is expected to handle IT tools in an appropriate and safe way. Page 14 Should you have any question, please contact your IRE project manager
15 Environnement v Limit pollution risks - By properly handle equipments, tools and hazardous chemicals ( MSDS, chemical containments, ) - By immediately reporting any hazardous activity - By complying with applicable environmental regulations v Limit useless consumptions By applying responsible management principles regarding to the use of materials and supplies v Limit produced wastes and handle them in a responsible way Page 15

17 Access badges To cross doors under access control : Ø Always show your badge to the reader ( entry or exit), event if : - several people cross the same door in the same time, - the door is already open, Ø Do not allow people with inactive badge to cross doors under control. Should you face any problem, please contact your IRE project manager Page 17
18 Work sites Any technical work must be early and properly prepared in order to ü ü Conduct a preventive risk assessment Draw up a Safety Prevention Plan A meeting must be organized by tje IRE project manager for this purpose. Page 18
19 Access to circumscribed work sites is strictly prohibited to non authorized people! Interdiction d accès au chantier sans autorisation Work sites Please observe warning signs. Page 19
20 Fire prevention To be allowed to conduct work involving hot spots, you must get a Welding, Oxy-cutting, Cutting, Grinding, Heat stripping, > Any activity that may generate a fire Hot work permit(mandatory) The permit will be delivered by your IRE project manager Page 20
21 ASBESTOS ANY TECHNICAL WORK ON MATERIALS OR DEVICES WITH THIS LABEL IS PROHIBITED F The asbestos inventory available on request Ask your IRE project manager Page 21
22 Work in controlled area Do not cross this warning panel unless You have got a medical approval to work under ionising radiation. Vous n avez pas suivi une formation en radioprotection. Vous n avez pas de dosimètre. Page 22
23 Risque électrique Ø Any action on an electrical switchboard or powered equipment is PROHIBITED; Ø Entitled members of IRE electrical detartment are the ONLY people authorized to operate on electrical switchboards If needded, contact your IRE project manager Page 23
24 Chemicals A chemical risk assessment must be performed BEFORE handling any hazardouschemical. A proper european safety data sheet must be provided for any chemical brougt on the site. Should you have any question, contact your IRE project manager Page 24
25 Chemicals Any chemical must be properly labelled according to relevant regulations Any container different from the original one must also be properly labelled. Page 25
26 Personal Protective Equipment Personal Protective Equipment should always be selected according to risk assessment findings, workers opinions and safety officer s advices. A Personal Protective Equipment will always be selected if the use of a Collective Protective Equipment is not feasable. Page 26
