Uses made nonconforming by the IDO or pre-existing mismatches of land use and zoning Voluntary downzoning by property owners Vacant former Special Use properties Floating zone lines Properties in NR-BP or PD with nonconforming lot size PD <2 acres or > 20 acres NR-BP < 20 acres Property owners can opt in by adding a pin on their property, requesting a zone, and adding contact information.
