1 Introduction Croydon Council is committed to making best use of publicly owned land within its control and ensuring where feasible, that appropriate land holdings can help deliver new housing. Brick x Brick is a separate commercial development company set up to build new homes on underutilised publicly owned land. Brick x Brick is committed to providing excellent architectural quality schemes that continue to raise the standard across the borough. Brick x Brick have appointed Pitman Tozer Architects to create proposals for development on 8 sites across the borough. SMALLER SITES Founded in 2002, Pitman PROGRAMME Tozer has established aew reputation for working closely is a vacant care home Croydon Build Housing with clients to design and deliver elegant,. imaginative and practical houses on Initial Project April 2016 complicated, heavilybrief constrained sites.
