2 VX 200 Z COMPACT VENTILATION 02 For small to medium air requirements Ventomaxx has developed the small central air handling unit VX 200 Z for a flexible way to the varied application for the air supply of living rooms, study rooms, offices, bistros, libraries or individual floors and smaller building wings. This can be used in different regions as well as in rural regions with high plant pollen volumes and conurbations. Whisper-quiet operation ensures fresh air supply, in a very quiet environment and with the supplied accessories also during the night rest. The product series VX 200 Z is designed for the most diverse applications, it can be used in new construction or retrofitted in existing buildings. The VX 200 Z concept is a decentralized solution with the advantages of central ventilation. The prefabricated solutions allow the installation of the device even during renovation without great planning effort. 3 VX 200 Z COMPACT VENTILATION 03 Product description The VX 200 Z is a semi-central ventilation unit for supply and exhaust ventilation. It is equipped with a highly efficient heat recovery system which removes heat from the room and returns it to the supply air. Thanks to the extremely compact and flat design with acoustically and thermally optimized housing made of EPP (extruded polypropylene), the VX200 Z is equally suitable for new construction and renovation projects. The supply air can be cleaned with a filter up to filter class F7. EC fans ensure an acoustically and energetically optimized operation. The materials used and the construction meet the hygiene requirements of VDI Control system The control is integrated in the housing. The operation is carried out by means of simple switch technology manually, automated via various room thermostats with integrated sensors for temperature, humidity, movement, and Co2, infrared remote control or APP. The bus connection to a building control system is also possible. Multiple units can be combined into a control zone and thus space-saving higher amounts of air are realized. 4 MOUNTING TYPES 04 Possible mounting options The VX200 can be used as a central (Z) or decentralized ventilation unit (D). For a simplified illustration of the various types of mounting, the decentralized version was shown below. Both the assembly with on-site housing, without caising (for example, in the false ceiling or in a cabinet) and in decentralized design with factory mounted casing, e.g. For free mounting on the ceiling, on balustrades, etc. Deviating special installation situations are on request also possible. We recommend the installation by means of Ventomaxx sound dampers on the wall or under the rough ceiling to avoid the transmission of body borne sound. The fixing of the VX200 Z / D is realised by means of a mounting plate on the back of the unit on a load-bearing wall or rough ceiling. 5 CONNECTION VARIATIONS 05 Possible mounting options According to the type of mounting (horizontal, vertical or ceiling mounting) the connection possibilities are shown below.
