If hydrothermal or open cooling towers are used, additional heat exchangers must be installed. Low pressure hot water from a boiler is generally utilized to maintain the required temperature levels within the water circuit. Steam, district/process/industrial heating systems or solar energy can also act as a heat source. Water flow switch, strainers, ball valves, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, water line service ports, pressure gauges, vibration isolators, additional water pumps, and other items are required (purchased separately). AntiFreezing Protection If inlet water temperature is below F(10 C), appropriate antifreeze must be used according to water temperature. When lowest inlet water temperature is 23 F( C), freezing point of antifreeze must be lower than 17.6 F(8 C). When lowest inlet water temperature is 14 F(10 C), freezing point of antifreeze must be lower than F(1 C).
