11 THE CUBE Bronswerk s cube concept modularizes the traditional condensing unit to increase redundancy and flexibility. The cube allows for a one-to-one refrigeration system in which each space can be set to a fridge or freezer at the push of a button. Should one cube fail, a backup cube located on the rack can be swapped out in 30 minutes by any crew member, no refrigeration mechanic needed. The built-in panel trends all data which can be downloaded to a USB and sent to Bronswerk for diagnostics. This system delivers reduced cost, less downtime and longer patrol periods. Available in either single or multi-stage (L-M-H) capacities depending on heating requirements and desired amount of modulating control. Suitable for 100% fresh air in a marine environment. 17 COOLING/HEATING COILS Bronswerk heavy duty cooling and heating coils are designed for shock and can be made in various materials including K-type copper, Cu-Ni tubing with B61 bronze unions or flanges. Casings can be galvanized steel or stainless steel with double marine drains for cooling coils. Coils can be provided with a valve package including modulating or on/off control valve and flow control valve pre-wired to a junction box mounted on the coil. 31 CITADEL PRESSURE AND VOLUME CONTROL VALVES The Spring-Loaded Overpressure Controllers are designed to maintain an (adjustable) constant pressure difference between two rooms in an overpressure controlled area. The Constant Pressure Controllers are used to maintain a constant pressure difference between two rooms, unaffected by the airflow between those rooms. The Constant Volume Controllers are designed to maintain a constant air flow through a duct, unaffected by the pressure difference between that duct and the air outlet or room.
