The product is built with a highly efficient double inlet blower and ball bearing motor to BS EN It is also acoustically lined to provide whisper quiet sound levels. The unit extracts from multiple rooms via one 150mm spigot located on the side and exhausts via a 150mm spigot located on the opposite. This design offers the ability to install in lofts, cupboards etc and other locations where it would prove inconvenient to install multiple duct runs. Twin Speed Kit : The BAR 240TST operates as the twin speed described above. Made from a high gloss ABS, the unit comes in single or twin speed models and is specifically designed for in-line installation. The unit should be installed with loft space and can be mounted on ceiling joists using the bracket supplied, or wall mounted on one of the gable ends. Interconnection to the main unit and the 3 extract points is via 100mm flexible ducting and 3 airvents mounted in the ceiling of the rooms to be ventilated. The ducting (AN 505B) and airvents (AN 819A) are only supplied as part of the BAR 240TST TripleVent Kit. TRIPLEVENT - ENTRAL EXTRAT SYSTEM Extract from the central unit can be made through the roof, gable end wall or soffit as required. Extract is via 100mm flexible (AN 819A) or rigid ducting (AN 531A) with a suitable termination point.
