Addition of high class machines oriented woven tops (shirt and blouse, pajama, Boxer and all kind of uniforms). Today Kimberley Group is self sufficient with all the processes that are required to manufacture woven tops. Kimberley Group is now ready to provide one point services to all of its present direct and indirect customer base which will also attract the potential customers who now consider Kimberley Group as one of their strong future supply chain hub. Kimberley Group s current export horizon is ranging from Europe to south and North America, And also moving towards the new export horizon such as Japan, China and south east Asia. With long proven manufacturing excellence, Kimberley Group has expanded its production lines as per customer demand.

We have started our journey by 3 production lines in Our customer satisfaction and dedications increased now our 16 lines. We have a plan to increase our production line 14 lines to 32 lines by end of the year We are specialized in Men & Boys shirts, Ladies & girls blouses. Our factories are well furnished with all kinds of specialized machineries and equipment's to making best quality shirts. Our strength also rely on our high skilled human capital- professional operating team, experienced and young energetic merchandising team. Moreover world class brand machineries are installed in our factories. At the end, I would also like to thank all of our existing valued customers, suppliers and partners as their supports which helped us to reached to present position and most welcome to all of valued customers who intend to buy quality garments. We are audited by :- ACCORD AUDITED (Structural Green Mark) BSCI, SEDEX-SMETA, ILO NUTMEG TECHNICAL AUDIT COTTON ON TECHNICAL AUDIT, ALDI TECHNICAL AUDIT Daily activities of Compliance officer =>Checking mails and needs to give the reply within the day based on priority visiting the floor at least twice a day and ensuring workers health safety & comfortable environment at working place.receiving grievance, complain, demand and suggestion from the workers. Try to find out emotional problem of an employee. The problem may be work related or personal or family which affects is/her work performance. =>Making and following up aisle mark free, fire extinguisher no blocked emergency exit free, fire equipment free and stair free from carton in the floor. =>Ensuring that no employee is maltreated mentally or physically abused. Knowing and meeting the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Providing necessary resources including knowledge and training to employees. Focus of the Compliance Management System Employment Policy: Child Labour : Children are strictly prohibited to be employed. Equal Treatment / No Discrimination: All employees have equal access to jobs. Compensation: Wages paid as per legally mandated minimum rates. Working Hours: Working hours followed with the prevailing laws. Leave: Employees are entitled as per legally mandated leave. No Harassment or Abuse: Work environment is free of harassment or abuse. Voluntary Employment: Forced labour, involuntary prison labour is not allowed. All workers are oriented before going to the workstation. Environmental Protection: All factories of the group are compliant with national environmental legislation. A written policy has been introduced to manage and dispose the wastage. Workplace Environment of factory: Floors are designed and allocated as per international compliance standard. Equipment and machineries are allocated with compliance. Space for employees is maintained as per standard in the floor. Work stations are properly ventilated. Floors are maintained neat and clean. Separate store for fabrics and accessories. All goods in the stores are properly labeled. Bin cards available

12 Health & Safety: Assured a safe and hygienic working environment. Appropriate and adequate personal safety equipment and clothing are provided. Employees are provided potable drinking water, hygienic toilets, & washing facilities. All electric appliances are maintained by qualified engineers and electricians. Noise and lights are maintained as per standard. Only trained and designated persons are handled chemicals and heavy materials. Available safety instructions and MSDS are provided near to the work station. Awareness programs are conducted with the employees periodically to aware H &S. Sufficient first-aid boxes are provided in the work station. A well equipped medical centre is provided with full time doctor and nurses. Fire Safety: Sufficient Fire extinguishers, automatic fire hydrant and other equipment's are installed. Workers are trained and wear identification badge. Aisles, exits and stairs are maintained free of obstructions and marked permanently by using color tiles. Electronic fire alarm system in placed. Smoke detector, public addressed (PA) system and Emergency lights are installed. Every floor has separate evacuation plan. All employees are insured by a group insurance policy. Workers Welfare: Workers welfare committee formed in the factory. Committee meeting held in every month. Separate dining room for male and female. Separate pray/ religious room. Childcare room having trained babysitter.
