Expert set up the factory with a space 104,000 Square feet with high quality machineries from Japan, Korea and China. It is located at Gazipur, about 40 (Forty) minutes driving distance from Zia International Airport, Dhaka. A team of highly trained and experienced professionals runs the factory with proven track record for custom made services to ensure premium quality. The factory has quality control team whose responsibility is to ensure proper quality standard by conducting inspections at different stages of production. The company gets all the credibility of providing fully complained and safe working environment to employees and everybody, who is in related to the company business, as per international and local laws. We very much care the social benefits of our country as well as society by sharing the credit fetching foreign exchange and take lead in social activities and provides source of living of couple of living of thousand people, who related to our business in many ways and means. The company too takes extreme measures to make sure the employees of Hasan Tanvir Fashion Wears Ltd. are cheerful in its real means. Our policy is not employing child labor was established 10 years ago, long before it became an issue in Bangladesh. The Head Office is located at Plot # 397, Chandona Chowrasta, Joydevpur Road, Gazipur. Marketing material procurement, accounting, inventory and shipping document are connected to a central computer network for efficient management. We have following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to as examples of best practices: 1) Punch Card System: We will set up Punch Card System for workers attendances, time recording and wages. Though preliminary we have initiated printed time card to instead of punch card to maintain time recording and wages. 2) House Keeping Team: The factory has a House Keeping Team for maintaining neat and clean environment and atmosphere in accordance with the Health and Safety Act of our country.

4 3) Medical Facilities: The workers enjoy free health care benefits and Medicare. We have a qualified doctor who visits our factory every working day of week. 4) Evacuation Plan: There are some diagrams kept in the floors of the factory showing direction for all employees to run out in case of any emergency situations. 5) Emergency Exits: We have one extra emergency exit in all the floors for use by the workers in case of any emergency in the factory. 6) Pure Drinking Water: Drinking water in one of the few needs of mankind and Hasan Tanvir Fashion Wears Ltd. trying their best to keep everybody have free access to particular essential commodity. Therefore purified drinking water is provided at each floor working area and employees are free to access them. Locations are clearly marked on floor plans for everybody s awareness. According to, we have provided 06 (Six) Pure drinking water pots so that workers can easily drink water when they fell thirsty. 7) Fire Drills: We have Fire Fighting Equipment in the factory as per Factory Act and in order to use them effectively as and when required we have a Fire Fighting Team who are especially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular basis i.e.; one every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when required. 8) First Aid Boxes: For every 150 workers we have 04 (Four) trained persons in First Aid and Medicare. Fully equipped first aid boxes are located in all the working areas in easy access to anybody and are marked on the boxes as well as on the floor plan located at the common area. We keep certain of medicine of different types in a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First Aid. 9) Smoke Detector and Emergency Alarm: Adequate numbers of Auto detectors are located at every department for detecting smoke and alarming the danger. Each of them has its own maintenance records to make sure they are proper working order. Every floor is equipped with emergency alarms switch and floor indicating lights are located at common places and marked for easy indentification.

5 10) Back- Up Power: In addition to general power supply alternative back up generator is available to use in case of power failure as well as for emergencies.
