Fabric types are classified by size and marked clearly. Production preparation: A meeting will be held between Operation Manager, Technical staff, Quality Control staff, and Leaders of each production departments to ensure all relavant parts to understand the methods and technical requirements clearly. Then, Planning department will follow up, building the production plan accordingly to ensure the delivery schedule on time. Component QC: Components will be checked 100% before putting in line. In - line QC: In line and end line: 100% checking. Pre Final QC: Final QC will be carried out before delivery and co-operate with client s representatives to check at least 90% of goods. All mistakes will be consider carefully and inform to relevant depatments to fix. Production Process contains all close collaboration between supervisors and all departments. D. 8 E. WORKING CONDITION AND WELFARE I. Wages, Benefits, Working hours Working shift 01 shifts/ day Working hour Lunch break 08 hours/ day 6 days/week 1 hour Hai Phong Veston s employees have the right to know working overtime plans prior at least one day and can choose to refuse working overtime. Hai Phong Veston always publishes all policies about wages, benefits including overtime paid, working hour for employee. Our company frequently organizes training programs for new and current workers to improve their skills. II. Health and social life care Company provides following allowances and benefits to employees: health care, sick leave, emergency leave, pregnancy leave, vacation, holiday, health insurance, social insurance, annual leave according to Vietnamese Labor Law. Our employees are provided a safe and healthy environment to prevent accidents and injuries. The company has clinic room with trained staff. Medical boxes are put around company with average of 70 people per box. Company signed a contract with Health of local to take care employees. Company builds 8 toilets for men and 22 toilets for women. Employees are provided fresh drinking water. Employees have freedom right to collective bargain, and final decisions will be respected and considered to adopt. Employees are treated with respect and dignity. No employee is a subject to any physical/psychological/verbal harassment or abuse. All exit ways are clearly marked and unlocked to the places of safety. We equipped with large number of extinguishers at all sections and they are maintained monthly. All other emergency firefighting equipment is served periodically. First aid and firefighting rehearsals are run twice a year. Company sets up sufficient ventilation system and adequately cools to ensure the best working environment for employees. 8
