2 Presentation Rev. Dear Client, Pro QC International was engage to help factory XXXXXXX comply with Walmart Supplier Requirements. Walmart was planning to auit the factory an the goal of this engagement was to ensure that the factory passe the r party auit an became an approve supplier to Walmart. Pro QC starte this project in March 9, 2017, by conucting an Initial Evaluation base on Walmart Social requirements at supplier XXXXXXXXXXXX. The scope of the initial assessment covere following: Chapter 1: Compliance With Laws Chapter 2: Voluntary Labor Chapter : Labor Hours Chapter 4: Hirin Employment Practices Chapter 5: Freeom of Association Chapter 6: Health & Safety Chapter 7: Dormitories & Canteens Chapter 8: Environment The r page of this ocument, Initial Auit Summary, provies the results of the Initial Assessment, with level of compliance for each Chapter. The green bar shows the level of compliance with the requirement while the yellow an re bar show the level of incompleteness an non-compliance with the requirement respectively. On March 2, 217, Pro QC establishe a Plan in sheet Plan Follow- Up base on the finings of the Initial Assessment conucte on March 9, The sheet presents 98 violations, each escribing the content of the Violation, incluing the corresponing elements of Walmart's requirement, a propose, target ate to complete the corrective action an actual ate of completion. The Plan was presente to representative members at the factory XXXXXX. Since the factory i not have any knowlege about the requirements of Walmart, it was clear that the project leaer at Pro QC International woul have to lea them with coaching, preparation of ocumentation, training an monitoring. In total 1 policies, 22 proceures an aroun 17 recor templates were evelope uring the phase of coaching. The project was complete in 7 visits to the factory XXXXXX, each visit ha an upate of the current level of completion as escribe in the page CAP Progress. Photos of evience of completion were also ae uner Photo. On March 2, months after beginning, Pro QC International complete corrective action for 95 violations, aroun 96% of open violations. Pro QC also conucte a pre-auit to ensure that all members at the factory were reay to receive the final auit from a esignate r party auit firm. The factory XXXXXX was auite by a r part auit firm an got a score of 92% which is sufficient for the factory XXXXXX to become an approve supplier for Walmart. 2/97
