30 How does work? InterTest consists of 2 independent software programs, and scalable hardware to accommodate different interlocking plants. InterTest uses a CAD model entry program to define the interlocking characteristics, then creates test sheets which are then used by a test engine software program to actually perform the tests. Hardware installation to the signal system allows InterTest to measure and control the status of the interlocking under test.
