4 Gold systems Nowadays Italy is among the first producers in the global ranking for quality and efficiency of its intrusion systems. The concept of intrusion system itself, as a result of years of experience, is still a priority in the Italian market. In Jatus, we put all our efforts in meeting this demand by making quality, efficiency and ease of use the core of our project, all this at a very competitive price. A careful analysis of the situation together with a thorough evaluation of the security levels allowed Jatus to find the perfect solution for each and every need. With our intrusion systems, we set our aim in producing technologically advanced systems at a moderate price. Thanks to their reliability and versatility, our systems are the perfect solution for the surveillance of both residential areas and larger technological facilities. Our unique Gold system combines a great ease of use and a remarkable versatility. Its simple and user-friendly online menu gives easy access to the control panel. Special attention has been given to the needs of both our customers and the installers, in order to create a management interface which is complete but at the same time simple and user-friendly. The Gold system can be interconnected with several peripheral devices using a communication BUS. It can be expanded up to 64 wired zones and 64 wireless zones (in the 64 version) by means of zone concentrators with 8 wired inputs and radio modules. It is possible to set up a maximum of 8 proximity readers. The activators LEDs can be associated with a Group/Area or with the activation of an output. The Gold control panel can be totally or partially used in a completely wireless structure. The Gold system offers the possibility to divide the system in areas or groups. Keyboard The keyboard plays a fundamental role in any intrusion system. Being the device through which the user interacts with their system, its functionality becomes crucial. At the same time, it is also part of a house s furniture and environment, so it needs to fit in many different styles and situations. Our Jatus keyboards are the perfect union of beauty, functionality and technology. Their guide is really intuitive and easy to understand. Jatus keyboards are truly innovative: they work like a real computer and, together with our Gold control panel, give access to many advanced features which represent the ultimate evolution for security systems. Gsm/Gprs/Ethernet Communication Gold features an optional GSM module that allows the system to have bidirectional outward interactions, communicating alarms and voice functional alarms which can be used to activate or deactivate zones or to carry out diagnostics operations. The communicator is able to send warnings (alarms, sabotage/faults, activations or deactivations ) and voice messages that can be programmed for different kinds of system events (customised messages for each zone, area, codes, keys, outputs...). Besides the connection to the main bus, as every other peripheral device, it is also possible to install the GSM module in the control panel using a secondary bus. If installed in the control panel or at any other point of the system, in case of sabotage or fault of the communication bus, this communicator is able to contact with the customer, the Installer or the Police in complete autonomy and without any help from the control panel. Voice module In the voice module, up to 400 different voice messages can be recorded, thus enabling the system to report every event occurring in it: from warning alarms to sabotage or faults, and messages that can be customised for each zone and area. Each message can be customised using the microphone or the handy TTS speech synthesis software available via PC software. Firmware update The firmware update of the control panel and every other module connected to the BUS can be handled with a PC connected via USB.

Expansion module The expansion module features 4 outputs, 1 relay and 3 Open Collectors, plus 8 inputs that can be fully configured both via keyboard and via PC software. This module can meet any installation need because its inputs can be programmed to suit different operating modes, and an important feature allows to insert resistance values (up to triple balancing). Its reduced size makes it easy to install in a small metal box or inside the control panel box. Proximity reader Our proximity reader is the fastest way to interact with the Gold system. By simply placing a key or card near the reader, the user will be able to control the system. In fact, the proximity reader is useful to activate or deactivate the whole system or part of it, to check its status and any alarm or malfunction. Our Jatus version is flush-mounted and compatible with all domestic ranges. The never-ending proliferation of new electronic fruits with different colours, sizes and shapes makes it more and more difficult to find a reader that satisfies all installation needs. Jatus created a proximity reader with a keystone coupler, which can be placed inside the RJ45 support without changing its external appearance. PROXTAG features 4 LED lights: each one can be associated with different activation scenarios, indications on system status and alarm memories. The proximity key, small and easily attached to any key ring, allows checking the system through the PROXTAG reader. Proximity card, elegant and slim, can be placed in a wallet or card holder. The PROXIMITY READER module is available in two different models. The first one can be easily inserted in a 503 flush-mounting box; the second one has its own box for wall mounting. Both models allow operating up to 5 different macros by simply placing a proximity key near the reader (4 macros associated with the reader and one customisable macro for each key). Sirens Mary is the first siren in its category that combines the best quality with some practical features. An easy and innovative system for hooking the lids ensures a quick and easy maintenance. Moreover, the handy built-in centering level makes the intaller s work more accurate and simpler. With its original design and its peculiar colours, Mary can conquer the market and guarantee excellent performances and a unique style. Wireless It is often necessary to opt for a reliable and professional radio system. Jatus meets this need with its particularly advanced radio system. The receiver works in DUAL-BAND MHz. Its performance is really satisfying and it features advanced options for system diagnostics. Our transmitter-receiver interacts with the control panel through BUS connection and allows a fully integrated management of radio and wired devices. In any case, a wireless Gold system is always synonymous with safe and non-invasive installation. In particular, the installation of a radio module makes it possible to have a system operated by remote control, even though all the sensors are wired. Indoor/outdoor sensors In a world where safety is a core value and also a need for one s own balance, anti-theft sensors are the one real solution against the ever-growing number of burglars intrusions in the places we want to protect. In a similar framework, our duty is to work hard in order to allow every customer to have an efficient and effective intrusion system, which is able to protect their home and their loved ones. At Jatus, we believe that our indoor and outdoor intrusion sensor is one of the core elements of any alarm system, if not the very hearth of them. The design and creation of such kind of sensors is the essential aim of our company.

6 GOLDX software Our GoldX software is a quick and useful tool for the installer: it is compatible with Windows, OS and Linux and allows a full management of the system. Intuitive and user-friendly, it handles data upload and download and can be used to list customers, systems and operators. Furthermore, the software allows to remotely program the alarm control panels: the user can obtain the existing configuration of the control panel to control it and, if needed, modify it and then upload it back on the control panel; it can be used to view the event log in the system s memory, or check the status of the system, its zones and outputs in real time. GoldX is a powerful software that allows to manage every function of the Gold systems. A PC is connected to the system by connecting a standard USB cable to the control panel or any keyboard. During installation, it is fundamental to program the system and check its proper operation, thus the possibility to easily connect from any keyboard makes this work simpler and quicker. If the system has a GSM/GPRS communicator or a LAN module, the software can be accessed online. This makes it possible to remotely program the system, download logs, and check the status of each zone, of the tamper modules and the fuses. GRAPHIC PROGRAMMING Our graphic programming allows to connect the various modules to the system with a simple mouse click, and it also makes it possible to upload a blueprint of the system in order to simplify the real localisation of the modules. PARAMETRIC PROGRAMMING In addition to visual programming, it is still possible to use the classic programming with grids to access every parameter of the system. Obviously, when switching from one programming mode to the other, all data are saved and correctly programmed. PROGRAMMING WIZARD Programming wizard: a series of guided steps to program all the Gold control panel models. Each step is presented as a question; the unnecessary information is hidden to simplify programming. Possibility to go back and change the preferences. Minimisation of errors: thanks to the wizard and the automatic controls of the Software, the possible programming errors are reduced to a minimum. Automatic creation of the programming according to the parameters selected during the wizard.
