4 Introduction This product catalogue describes the most important components within the fire alarm system SecuriPro. All Securiton fire alarm systems, system components and detectors are developed and manufactured in Switzerland/Germany and comply with the most currently applicable standards (European standards, specifications made by fire brigades as well as European Institutes for Testing and Certification, etc.), as well as representing the cutting edge of technology based upon the most up-to-date scientific knowledge. Securiton's high quality standard has been documented by means of a quality assurance system, which has been certified for all divisions of the company in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. The planning of fire alarm systems, as well as the installation, commissioning and maintenance of products and the systems which they form, require special technical knowledge, and may therefore only be carried out by professionals who have been trained in this field. The product-specific training of technical staff must therefore either be carried out by Securiton or by persons who have been authorised by Securiton for this specific purpose. Additionally, the prevailing regulations and directives specific to the respective country with regard to planning, installation and use of products must be noted and observed without exception.
