IEC Test Kb: Salt Mist, Cyclic, Severity Level 5) on two modules (AC-236P/156-60S, SN1: , SN2: ). The Salt Mist Corrosion Test itself was subcontracted to TechnoLab GmbH, the pretests and the additional tests were performed at PI Photovoltaik-Institut Berlin AG. After the Salt Mist Corrosion Test there were no visual defects and the degradation of power was less than the requirement of the standard of -5%. The insulation tests met the requirements of the standard and the Bypass Diode Functionality Test was passed as well. The modules passed the Salt Mist Corrosion Test according to the standard.
