Its activities include the multidisciplinary engineering, construction and commissioning of products such as: Skid Mounted Package Units, Wellhead Control Panels, Process Analyzer Systems, Shelters, Process Control and Safety Systems, Telecommunication and Security Systems, Fire & Gas and Fire Fighting Systems. Moreover, Fores Engineering provides technical supervision and after-sale technical assistance services. Thanks to the great working experience, the deep knowledge of the market and the capability to work in international contests, Fores Engineering has acquired strong credibility over the years, becoming one of the main suppliers of major Oil Companies and Engineering & Contracting Companies all over the world. 10 THE AUTOMATION AND TELECOM SYSTEMS UNIT Control Systems Safety and Fire Prevention Systems Telecom Systems IT CONSISTS OF A TEAM OF EXPERT ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS SPECIALIZED IN THE ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLETE Security Systems integrated systems. By including hardware components selected among those produced by major manufacturers, Fores Engineering carries out feasibility studies including the analysis of the system as required, as well as basic and detail engineering activities, risk analysis of:

SAFETY AND FIRE PREVENTION SYSTEMS Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) according to IEC 61508/ standards; Fire and Gas Detection Systems (F&G); Fire Fighting Systems Supply of loose field equipment for F&G Systems (detectors, visual and sound alarms, emergency, pushbuttons); Burner Management Systems (BMS) according to NFPA standards. The Unit is also able to provide Control and Safety Systems in Integrated Solution (ICSS).

This allows us to provide certified systems up to a Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL 3).

15 utilities for the Oil & Gas (both Upstream and Downstream, Offshore and Onshore), Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Plant Fields. Within the Skid & Packages Unit, the following types of products are developed: Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP) for Subsea Application TUTU (Topside Umbilical Termination Unit) Panels Hydraulic-pneumatic Panels; Hydraulic Power Generation Units (HPU); Emergency Shutdown and Process Shutdown Systems (ESD/PSD); Integrated WHCP for remote wells with Photovoltaic Power Generation Unit and RTU.

16 THE SKID AND PACKAGES UNIT OUR SYSTEMS COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICABLE EU DIRECTIVES AND RELATIVE LOCAL LAWS. SPECIFICALLY, Process Analyzer Systems & Sampling Systems Shelters Metering Systems Utility Packages Fores has obtained the TÜV certification for the production of Wellhead Control Panels complying with the Directive 97/23/EC concerning pressure equipment (PED) according to the conformity assessment procedure - Module H1 - Full quality assurance with design examination and special surveillance of the final test. PROCESS ANALYZER SYSTEMS & SAMPLING SYSTEMS Our technical personnel designs and builds complete Process Analyzer Systems for the chemical, petrochemical and refining sectors. We can select the most suitable Process Analyzer, based on client requirements. Including in the scope of supply: Fast Loop and Sample Conditioning System (SCS),

17 Pre-Conditioning System/ Pressure Reducing Station; Time Lag and System Pressure Drop Calculation; Sample Transport Lines (STL); Analyzer House complete with sizing of HVAC and pressurization system; Automatic Sampling Systems (sample probe and sample vaporiser), specific for LNG application according to ISO SHELTERS Prefabricated Shelters are normally used in particularly uncomfortable environments such as desert areas, offshore platforms and any other place requiring very short installation times. Shelters produced with fire resistance classes according to the main international protection standards (REI, SOLAS), Gas Tight and Blast Proof, may be used as: Temporary/Emergency Refuges; Energy Distribution and Transformation Rooms (MV/LV); Control and Telecommunication Rooms; Battery and Laboratory Rooms; Emergency Power Generation Packages with diesel or gas engine or micro-turbines. All shelters could be equipped with HVAC units, pressurization units, fire & gas detection system and fire fighting system.

18 THE SKID AND PACKAGES UNIT Process analyzer Systems & Sampling Systems FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND BASIC AND DETAIL ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES, MAY BE CARRIED OUT FOR ALL THESE PRODUCTS. Shelters Metering Systems Utility Packages METERING SYSTEMS Fores Engineering designs and executes Liquid and Gas Flow Metering Systems in compliance with the main international standards (ISO, AGA, API). Fores Engineering expert team can provide first calibration, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and calibration on field. This range of products includes: Liquid Metering System Skids with turbine meters, Coriolis flow meters or PD meters (with meter prover, filters, valves); Gas Metering System Skids with orifice or ultrasonic plates and compensation with temperature, pressure and density;

19 Microprocessor Flow Computer Cabinets for the direct reading of the flow for the sequence of operation; Fluid Sampling Systems. All systems may be designed to provide fiscally valid readings (Custody Transfer). UTILITY PACKAGES Starting from basic data supplied by customers, Fores Engineering designs and produces System Utility Skids. Thanks to their nature and size, these systems may be assembled in a single structure, thus ensuring compactness, reduced dimensions and shorter construction and commissioning times compared to traditional structures. Specifically, Fores Engineering has acquired great experience in the development of: Chemical Injection Skids (Methanol, Corrosion Inhibitor, Glycol, etc...) 20 THE INDUS TRIAL SERVICE UNIT Technical Assistance Equipment Maintenance IT CONSISTS OF AN ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS TEAM WITH CONSIDERABLE KNOWLEDGE IN ANALYSIS OF ALL FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS OF A SYSTEM Automation Systems Maintenance provides specialized Technical Assistance both onshore and offshore. Further, the unit can provide Maintenance Services for equipment and systems designed or supplied by other firms, offering a complete range of integrated services.

21 Specifically, the Service s activities include: Technical Assistance for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up; System Improvements and Feasibility Studies; Door Fan Test according to UNI EN 15004, UNI and NFPA 2001 standards; E&I Equipment Maintenance; Automation Systems Maintenance (PLC, DCS, ECS, ICSS, SCADA, ) Engineering and Site Activities to improve, modify, upgrade Safety Systems during Early Production Phase (wells work-over activities) Drawing up of Operational Plans and mining risk Analysis for work-over activities; Planned and Preventive System Maintenance; Drawing up of lists and supply of Spare Parts. Main Target of the Industrial Service Team is to carry out maintenance and system changes without causing interferences or interruptions in the production.
