2 PRESENTATION This system is available in three versions : 1. Use of the gauge fuel vehicle -. Basic Version 2. Using a probe to put in the tank -. IN Version 3. Using a sensor to fix on the tank -. OUT Version basic version uses data coming from the gauge present in all fuel tanks. -IN version uses a probe which respond to fuel level changing too quickly when the tank is suddenly emptied -OUT version is sensitive to vibrations as soon as one tries to force the cap, drill a hole in the tank, remove the sensor or cutting the case. When an attack is detected, goes into alarm mode. Common part of the 3 versions S-01 Controller The controller is mounted in a discreet location usually inside the cab and is connected to the vehicle supply.

4 Common part of the 3 versions S-01 Controller The controller is mounted in a discreet location usually inside the cab and is connected to the vehicle supply. On detection of an attack, Tank Guard will activate the sounder and high intensity strobe. It will send an alert to a number of phones informing that an attack is in progress displaying registration number and vehicle type. It will also detect, when alarm is on, whether connections with units S-02 to S-04 are cut or not connected. If a unit is disconnected, a message is sent to the driver by SMS reporting such unit disconnection. Please see below in Anti-tampering section. The controller is automatically switched ON after a certain time in alarm control mode when engine is off. This time may vary between 1 m to 15 m. This must be set by an SMS command on the controller. The alarm can be activated / deactivated by a button in the driver s cabin. S-03 Siren Connected to the controller S-01, the sounder is mounted where maximum sound can be heard and in a sheltered position, usually at the rear of the vehicle. On activation a 114dB high pitched siren is emitted warning of a fuel theft in progress.s-04 Flashing Strobe The strobe will flash in case of an attack. It requires drilling a hole in the top of the tank to introduce the probe. It reacts quickly to any excessive change in fuel level.

When activated, a LED flashes to deter attempts of fuel theft. The sensor is directly connected to the controller. It is mounted between the straps of the fuel tank. It detects all vibrations due to forced removal of the fuel cap or drilling a hole into the fuel tank. For vehicle s tank not suited with retaining strap, the sensor may fixed by a special glue.

OPTIONS GSM Module Integrated GSM module in S-01 controller sends an SMS to the driver or other responsible person. In case of fuel s theft detection, a preset message is sent by SMS.
