Upon approach Officer observed a male sleeping in the vehicle. Male was woken up and stated he was dropped off by a friend. Advised to leave the premises but leave the vehicle due to possible alcohol consumption. He complied. Male returned a short time later. SSPD alerted and interviewed subject who agreed to vacate the premise without the vehicle.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT Jan 04, 2016-Monday During the 2013/2014 Academic Year at Unknown Time UNKNOWN RESIDENCE 11:00am - RP received a report of sexual misconduct which occurred in an unnamed residential hall during the 2013/2014 academic year.

Disp. Officer who reports upon arrival no one was on scene. Officer interviewed RP and was able to locate the subject walking south on North Broadway. Officer attempted to talk to the subject who was acting irrational, extremely uncooperative and began cursing; refusing to talk. Saratoga Police contacted and interviewed subject who was transported to Saratoga ER for further evaluation.

Resident advised of NYS Law as well as College Policy regarding the possession/consumption of alcohol by persons under age 21. Report made. DRUG LAW VIOLATION Feb 05, 2016-Friday Feb 05, 2016-Friday at approximately 1:20am PENFIELD HALL 1:20am Officer observed a group of people with what looked like a marijuana cigarette. Upon approach, the group dispersed; however, the person holding the marijuana cigarette dropped his cell phone. Owner positively identified as a student and as the person holding the marijuana cigarette. Contact made and he responded to Campus Safety where he was interviewed and took responsibility for the illegal substance. Report made.
