Ornamental Pear (Pyrus) Ponderosa Pine (Pinus) (DeerResistant) Redbud (Cercis) Red Maple Rocky Mountain Maple (Acer Glabrum) - Native, strong in snow, 5-10'. Smoke Tree (Cotinus coggygria) Sugar Maple (Acer Saccharum) - another storm hardy tree, 10-30'. Sugar Pine (Pinus) Sumac (Rhus) BUSHES/SHRUBS: Barberry (Berberis) - Hardy, dwarf varieties can be used as ground cover. Japanese variety is a large shrub, Red-osier is smaller, multi stem, twigs red in winter. These should be sprayed for deer. Bird Feeders, these attract bear Charcoal Barbecues Dog Runs Fences Fountains Hot Tubs Lighting: Solar lights are prohibited. The board has approved two pathway lights. (Please check with ARC for approval of lights and number that can be used.) There can be no decorative lighting on trees or decks, with the exception of Christmas use. Playground equipment Sporting equipment: equipment such as volleyball nets or horseshoes must be removed immediately after use, it cannot remain in place over night. Stone Pathways Stone Patios Wind chimes or sun catchers that interfere with your neighbor's enjoyment of their property.

5 LAWN ART APPROVED Homeowners must apply to the ARC in order to add the following items to their common area. All items must be incorporated into the landscaping. All items must be maintained, they cannot look worn or shabby. Bird Baths Bird Houses Figurines/Statues: These must be a natural wood color. They can be resin as long as they are wood color. Plaster will not be allowed. Flags: The American flag, 4th of July Bunting and small decorative flags will be allowed. The small flags cannot hang off of the deck railing. Furniture: All lawn future must be approved by the ARC. It must be a natural color that blends with the landscaping. Planters: Pots must be a Natural Wood color, Terra Cotta, Oiled Bronze, Copper, Dark Green or Black. No white, light or bright colors will be allowed Number of planters will be determined by the ARC. Propane Space Heaters (fire pits will not be allowed.) If the ARC approves an item that another homeowner finds offensive, the board will deciding whether the item must be removed or not.
