1 (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received a phone call from Donald Stuhr reference a complaint on Grossmont College. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- La Mesa Fire arrived at Building #51 to evaluate a student who did not feel well. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received multiple calls from faculty reference a fight in Building #70. The Deputy requested an extra unit from the Santee Station to assist on the call. After searching the entire campus, through witness statements it was determined to only be an argument. There was no physical altercation. Disposition: UNFOUNDED (E ) Grossmont College- Former Student Donald Stuhr contacted Mesa College and made suicidal statements. GC Deputy assisted S D Community College Police Officers by phone per their request. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy spoke to student about process for serving court paperwork. Disposition: (No Event #) Cuyamaca College- Deputy escorted suspended student to the I Building. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy met with student to obtain copy of a Temporary Restraining Order (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated reported of a hit and run accident. Disposition: (E317731) Cuyamaca College- Deputy served student court paperwork. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received a report of a possible drunk or mentally ill person near the MTS Transit Center, WMA FLOOPY HAT, WHITE SHIRT, WHITE PANTS, NFD. Deputy checked the MTS Transit Center, unable to locate the described person, and witness advised Deputy subject was last seen walking south on Perimeter Road toward Grossmont College Drive. Deputy checked Perimeter Road and Grossmont College Drive for the subject and was unable to locate the described person. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy checked a suspicious vehicle parked in the south dirt area of Ornamental Horticulture which is behind the strip mall on Jamacha Road. Disposition: CHECKS OK (No Event #) Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted extra patrol request at building H room 134 at staff member's request. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL

2 (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant conducted Foot Patrol. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Deputy and Sergeant responded to a vehicle vs. motorcycle collision in Parking Lot 3. Non-injury with information exchanged between both parties. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy investigated a two vehicle non-injury collision on Cuyamaca College Drive West near the intersection across from building O, the Museum. Information exchanged between both parties. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy was notified that there were three students smoking at the second level of the Student Center (building I). The students had left prior to Deputy's arrival. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL (NO CAD) Grossmont College- Staff member requested Deputy regarding an incident last week. Staff advised Deputy about a person, UNKOWN SUBJECT/NO SUSPECT DESCRIPTION taking pictures inside of classroom (Building 36 Room 346), posting them on Instagram, but had not seen the images as Staff member only heard through a series of friends the photographs were posted. Deputy could not locate the photographs on Instagram and advised the Staff member to contact CAPS or Sheriff's non-emergency line if anyone suspicious enters their classroom. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy was flagged down at the bus stop by student wanting to contest CAPS issued parking citation. The student was informed of the procedure to handle citations. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy assisted with a medical aid. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputies were dispatched to an argument near the Child Development Center. Disposition: SETTLED (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received a report of a non-injury accident in Parking Lot 7D at Grossmont College. Deputy arrived and both parties had already conducted information exchange. No injuries reported to Deputy, minor damage to both vehicles. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy requested to assist Instructor at BLDG 51, ROOM 582 with service of a two day removal from class regarding student's disruptive behavior that occurred on Deputy and On-Duty Evening Administrator stood by outside of classroom while Instructor and student spoke about the issue, student was cooperative, issue was settled and the two day removal was not served. Disposition: INFORMATION ONLY (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted foot patrol in the Wild Life Preserve. Disposition:

3 (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated a vehicle collision facilitating information exchange. Disposition: INFORMATION ONLY (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy escorted a student to a Disciplinary Hearing in the A Building. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy investigated an argument between several students and a non- student. Disposition: SETTLED (NO EVENT) Grossmont College- Deputy was requested by campus and parking services (CAPS) to assist with contacting a student whom they believed was using another person's handicap parking permit. The student was contacted by CAPS as he arrived at his vehicle. The student had his disabled mom with him. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated a hit and run collision with no suspect information. Disposition: INFORMATION ONLY (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated a hit and run collision with no suspect information witnessed by a non-involved reporting party. After checking the campus it was determined both the suspect and victim had left the campus. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy contacted by Staff member regarding Preserve the Peace and a disruptive student. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy assisted College Administration and student at Building 38F Room 101 regarding Preserve the Peace. Disposition: SETTLED (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy contacted by instructor requesting Preserve the Peace in Building 20 Room 105 at 1800 hours while student served two day removal from class. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Staff member requested Deputy contact at CAPS Office to discuss a non-college related issue in their neighborhood. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received report of possible person down by Building 41. Deputy contacted subject who was taking a nap on the bench in front of Building 41 before their weight training class. 4 (NO EVENT) Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Parking Enforcement at the Bus Loading Zone related to illegal use by private vehicles loading/unloading students. Disposition: (NO EVENT) Grossmont College- Deputy contacted three subjects smoking cigarettes in the parking structure. All three subjects complied. Disposition: (No EVENT) Grossmont College- Deputy conducted high visibility Traffic Detail on Perimeter Road near Lot #5 attempting to reduce vehicle speeds in the area. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant conducted Foot Patrol. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy conducted a traffic stop near Parking Lot #7. Disposition: WARNED (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted an unknown female who was opening the vehicle gate to the museum (bldg. O). The female turned out to be a school staff member who was asked by the regular museum employees to check on a lock. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted foot patrol at the old bmx bike jumps on campus next to Fury Lane. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- A student flagged down a deputy at student parking lot #4 and wanted to report a vehicle theft. The student later realized his friend had parked the vehicle in a different parking lot on campus. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Grossmont College- Deputy contacted a student who found damage to the hood of his parked vehicle. The student was unsure where and when the damaged occurred but only noticed it while on campus. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- San Miguel Fire and American Medical Response responded to student parking lot #1 for a medical aid. The student was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Disposition: E /CN /CN Grossmont College- Deputy responded to report of argument at Building 10, investigation revealed that several crimes had occurred to include: Violation of a Court Order, Battery, and Sexual Battery. Two victims and suspect are all acquaintances. Suspect is described as an African American male, age 21, 5 feet 5 inches, 140 pounds. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW E Cuyamaca College- Staff informed Deputy that a student had spoken to Staff about personal problems occurring at home. Disposition:

5 E Grossmont College- Deputy spoke with a student who had a question about a hit-and-run collision. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated a non-injury, solo-vehicle collision. The vehicle had collided with building 38. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW E Grossmont College- A student spoke to a deputy about an ongoing situation with a classmate where the students do not get along. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy warned a driver who was parked at a fire lane next to buildings H and I. Disposition: WARNED E Grossmont College- Student requested a phone call from a deputy reference a collision and how to proceed with insurance company. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received a call of a verbal argument at Building 53 Room 538. Further investigation revealed the instructor believed a student was cheating. The Associate Dean of Student Affairs will handle the Student Code of Conduct issue. Disposition: INFORMATION ONLY E Grossmont College- Deputies conducted a follow-up investigation from event E which occurred on Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputies contacted a student at Building 30 regarding an immediate suspension from school. Related to event E Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received a call of a suspicious person, actually occurred yesterday, reporting party believed the subject's class was in Building E. Deputy spoke with reporting party who wanted to report a classmate who seemed odd due to his behaviors. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- Deputy was flagged down at Building A from a mother who stated she was unable to locate her 17 year old son on campus. While assisting the reporting party, she located her son. Disposition:

6 E Grossmont College- Staff contacted Sheriff's Dispatch to report a suspicious person asking for a ride in parking lot 7. Male was described as African American, approximate age of 25, tall and thin, burgundy colored fisherman's hat and dark clothing. Deputy arrived and checked the location, but was unable to locate the suspicious person. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy attended a meeting at the District Office. Disposition: E Grossmont College- An Instructor requested a preserve the peace for a possible disruptive student Building 53 Room 552. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy responded to call of suspicious male who was standing at doorway of Classroom F-413. Teacher and student believed the unknown male may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs; described as Hispanic male, approximate age of 38, average weight, with a beard, black shirt and jeans. Area checked, male subject left prior to Deputy's arrival. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy received report of disoriented female in vehicle near the Child Development Center building. Deputy arrived and a family member of the disoriented female had already made arrangements in getting the female home safely. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy contacted student who reported an accident in parking lot 3. Deputy was able to locate the other driver and assisted in conducting an information exchange between the two drivers. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy checked an unoccupied suspicious vehicle blue 2004 Infiniti G35 which was parked on the hill next to Building J. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- Staff asked Deputy to meet with student regarding ongoing problem with another student. Associate Dean of Student Affairs aware this may be a Student Code of Conduct issue. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE E Cuyamaca College- Deputy responded to call regarding stolen ignition key. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy assisted Sheriff's Rural Enforcement with a suicidal person from a local Indian Gaming Casino. The subject in question is a Cuyamaca College student but did not attend class. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy spoke to a Middle College student about courtesy toward another Middle College student near Building 38. Disposition: INOFRMATION ONLY

7 E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received radio call of an argument between two students regarding one student almost causing a vehicular collision in the roadway in front of building A. Associated Dean of Student Affairs was notified due to the conduct issue in which one student had used profanity. Disposition: SETTLED (no event #) Cuyamaca College- Deputy spoke with Associate Dean of Student Affairs regarding an incident last Friday involving two students who were not getting along in class. Reference E Disposition: E Grossmont College- Instructor requested Deputy's assistance BUILDING 53 ROOM 538 with preserving the peace regarding student's two day removal from class. Student did not show up for class. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to a call of a broken display case near room 361 building 31. Deputy investigated, nothing was missing and no indication display case was vandalized. Deputy notified maintenance. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Cuyamaca College Sergeant conducted Foot Patrol. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to report of student trespassing inside Building 10. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Grossmont College- Deputy received report of possible suspicious person armed with a rifle in Building 60. Deputy checked building 60 for the suspicious subject, spoke to several students and the report appeared unfounded. While checking the campus for the subject, Deputies were notified that the armed suspicious person was at San Diego State University and not on Grossmont College Campus. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy assisted deputies from the Rancho San Diego Station who were investigating vehicle vandalism at the Press Box restaurant parking lot on Jamacha Road next to Cuyamaca College. The suspects were seen jumping over the fence from the rear of the strip mall onto Cuyamaca College property next to the Ornamental Horticulture dirt lot. Suspect #1 was described as a White male adult, age 18-20, black hooded sweatshirt or leather jacket with white pants. Suspect #2 was described as a male adult with a gray hooded sweatshirt. After checking the college campus, further investigation revealed a witness observed the suspects run into the Monte Vina condominium complex next to the Water Conservation Garden. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received repot of person at the middle soccer field who had a dog on campus. Subject and dog was gone on arrival. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy received report of suspicious device in the parking lot on campus. Item was a portable Bluetooth speaker which had been run over by a vehicle. Disposition: CHECKS OK

8 E Cuyamaca College- Deputy assisted two students involved in a two vehicle non-injury collision. Both students conducted information exchange. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a small fire near parking lot 2 near the Child Development Center. LMFD responded to ensure the small fire was extinguished. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a telephone call where the reporting party wanted to discuss an incident involving her sister and a classmate over an argument. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a telephone call regarding two students who did not get along. Related to E from Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received report of student at Building 34 Room 110 who was feeling suicidal. Student was transported to a local hospital pursuant to 5150 W&I for further evaluation. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW E Grossmont College- Deputy assisted a student with fixing a vehicle brake light. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received report of male subject (no description given) at building 41 in the men's restroom smoking marijuana. Deputy arrived and observed one male subject in the locker room not smoking and the restroom was vacant. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL ***VETERANS DAY SCHOOL CLOSED*** E /CN Grossmont College Santee Deputies responded to a Trespass at BLDG 54, ROOM 504A. CAPS reported two subjects discovered inside room around 1925 hours, described as BMA's, one subject 6'02" 190lbs 25 years old SOMALI wearing GRY MT HELIX SWEATSHIRT, second subject 5'07" 170lbs 18 years SOMALI wearing BLK SHIRT, JEANS. Both subjects left the area prior to Deputies arrival. Unknown if any property taken and investigation is ongoing. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW E Cuyamaca College- Former student informed deputy that he is registering for the Spring 2017 semester, is 290PC and provided a license plate number for vehicle they are currently driving. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated solo-vehicle, non-injury collision, occurred on at 1237 hours. Collision occurred next to building 51. Ford Expedition struck a metal light pole. Disposition:

9 E Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted two drivers parked in red zone next to building I. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Traffic enforcement stop in front of building A. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted person in the Wildlife Preserve. Disposition: FIELD INTERVIEW E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated report of 653(M) PC, occurred Oct No crime was committed and Associate Dean of Student Affairs was notified. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy continued an investigation from (Santee Patrol Event E ), involving two BMA's inside of an instructor's office at Building 54 Room 504B at 1930 hours. Investigation is ongoing. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Sergeant conducted Extra Patrol. Disposition: E Grossmont College- A student reported a hit and run in Parking Lot #7. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Assist FD reference MEDICAL AID AT F-620. MEDICS HANDLED. SUBJ NOT TRANSPORTED. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Reported two subjects smoking outside THE I BLDG AT THE CAFETERIA. X2 SUBJS SMOKING. RP HAS NO DESC'S...NFD. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL E Cuyamaca College- Deputy investigated a minor non-injury accident on Rancho San Diego Parkway. One party left prior to information exchange, reporting party did not obtain the other driver's license plate number and Deputy provided reporting party with the incident number for insurance purposes and a reference if she was able to locate the other driver in the future. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Student reported a suspicious person in the Library. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Student met with Deputy at the Public Safety Office to report a suspicious person who hangs AROUND THE GRIFFIN CENTER (BLDG 60) AROUND HOURS. Subject named DEVON, Deputies aware of subject and will XP the area. DEVON IS APPROX 6' BLK/PUERTO RICAN, SHORT CURLY HAIR, THIN BUILD, TATTOOS ON BOTH ARMS. No crime discovered. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy provided security at monthly GCCCD Board meetings. No issues reported. Disposition:

10 E Cuyamaca College Sergeant conducted Foot Patrol. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Staff requested Preserve the Peace at Bldg. 53 Room 538. Deputy contacted suspended student outside classroom, informed student of suspension status and process for resolving issue. Student cooperative, left campus and Student Affairs was notified. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE E Cuyamaca College- Deputy requested to check A112 area for student who had stepped out of class and not returned. Deputy checked area, unable to locate student, and Instructor handled absence issue. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy completed a follow up investigation from reference E Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received call of female student/ reporting party who two days ago discovered unknown subject posted nude video of unknown woman with face blocked. RP advised image from her Facebook profile was posted next to video making it appear the RP was the nude woman in the video. Only nexus to GCCCD, RP is a student at Cuyamaca College and RP referred to FBI ICCC website for assistance. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputies completed a follow up investigation reference a solo-vehicle, non-injury collision from at 1237 hours. Related to E Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy notified by CAPS that Staff member reported two male subjects walking around looking into classrooms. Staff member described first subject as Somali male adult, with long black hair, NFD. Second male subject described as an Asian male adult, heavyset, wearing a green and blue stripe shirt. RP unsure if either subject had a backpack. Area checked and subjects had left. Disposition: GONE ON ARIVAL E Cuyamaca College- Custodial staff notified Deputy of graffiti in men's restroom F-802. Deputy investigated, took images of graffiti for documentation and graffiti removed by custodial staff. Disposition: E /CN Grossmont College- Deputy was notified by CAPS of Vehicle Burglary with victim/reporting party standing by in parking Lot 5 south of where crime occurred. Sometime today from hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim's parked and locked white Ford Ranger and stole a cell phone charger and blue colored Los Angeles Dodgers lunch bag from left rear seat. Unknown how suspect gained entry with no damage to vehicle. When victim returned to their vehicle at 2020 hours the left door was in the closed position but unlocked. No evidence and no suspect description. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW

11 E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a student who wanted contact via telephone who wanted to report an incident. Deputy spoke to the student regarding classmate who disrupts class and annoys other students. Further investigation revealed no crime committed and Student Affairs notified about incident. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Sergeant attended an Emergency Planning Committee meeting at building I room 104. Disposition: (NO CAD) Grossmont College- Deputy contacted a smoker on the 2nd floor of the parking structure. Student was cooperative and extinguished the cigarette. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE E Cuyamaca College - Sergeant responded to call regarding Disruptive Student in Building H Room 117. Disposition: SETTLED E /CN Grossmont College- Deputy contacted student acting strange and harassing people at Lot 6 Bus Stop. Further investigation revealed the student, CLAVERT BENJAMIN ATTISH DOB 06/24/1992, Unknown Race MALE ADULT, 5'9", 140 lbs, GRN eyes, BRO hair, had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for (A) - HS - USE/UNDER INFL OF CONTROLLED SUBS (M). Subject arrested and booked into Central Detention Facility Downtown San Diego. Disposition: ARREST MISDEMEANOR E Grossmont College- Health Services contacted Deputy regarding possible Title IX issue. Investigation revealed incident was from last month, occurred off campus in the City of San Diego, San Diego Police Department already investigated the case and made an arrest. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Theft investigation at the Cuyamaca Nursery. Several plants taken over the weekend, unknown date, unknown times and loss amount undetermined. Staff did not wish to file a Crime Report. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Staff requested Deputy Extra Patrol Building 53 Room 538 from hours (Related to E from ). Disposition: EXTRA PATROL E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated Incomplete Phone Call from the campus switchboard room. Room checked empty. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Traffic Stop on Rancho San Diego Parkway. Disposition: WARNED

12 E Grossmont College- Student reported his vehicle had been damaged last week at Grossmont College. No Suspect Description. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted traffic stop in the Parking Structure. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received a request by staff to conduct a welfare check on a staff member. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Grossmont College- Sergeant contacted two subjects at building collecting recyclables from the recycle bins on campus. Both subjects, MIDDLE EASTERN MALE AND FEMALE in their 50's were informed it's a misdemeanor crime, a warning was given and Field Interview was completed. Disposition: FIELD INTERVIEW E Grossmont College- Deputy met with student at the Public Safety Office (Related to E from ), assisted student with questions and student will contact Student Affairs on Wednesday to discuss with college staff. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated an incomplete 911 phone call, no specific location on campus. Campus was checked for anyone needing assistance. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to a medical aid at Building 27. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy assisted CAPS with a burglary alarm from bldg. 20 room 103. Due to past 459 PC at that building, deputy checked the church parking lot across the street first for any suspicious vehicles which may be a get-away vehicle. Per SDSO dispatch staff member called in saying he accidentally set off alarm. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted foot patrol on campus with the evening administrator. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted extra patrol at building 53 room 538 at the request of staff. Related to E E from the past two weeks. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a student ripping furniture at building 60 Griffin Center. Deputy observed the student prior to making contact and did not see the student vandalizing the chairs. After making contact, further investigation revealed the student was turning over the sofa chairs looking for his lost keys. CAPS was notified for the lost property. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Traffic Stop near the Football Field. Disposition: WARNED E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call of an argument between two subjects in their vehicles at an unknown parking lot near one of the intersections in front of the school. Student Parking Lot 1 and 7, in addition to the Grossmont College Drive and Perimeter Road were checked for the involved parties. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Extra Patrol at Building 53 Room 538 at the request of staff (Related to E E from the past two weeks). Disposition: EXTRA PATROL (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted a subject parked in a red zone blocking the lane to through traffic. Subject was cooperative and agreed to move the vehicle, was there to pick up a student. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy assisted Imperial Beach Sheriff's Detectives. IB Detectives arrested a student, CARLO SANTILLA, DOB , for a criminal case unrelated to GCCCD. ABUKAR and KEMI were booked into San Diego Central Jail (Arrests related to CAD E /CN ). Vehicle was gone on arrival. San Diego Police Department was notified as the registered owner's address is in their City. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received Radio Call to unlock room B-270 as a student had left personal belongings inside. CAPS notified and handled the call. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received an from CAPS stating a person wanted to speak with a deputy about yesterday's felony arrest. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call to assist CAPS with a Fire Alarm in the Griffin Center. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy was requested by school staff to Preserve the Peace near Building 34. Both parties did not show up. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy spoke to a student about student's personal issue. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to report of suspicious female yelling obscenities and threatening people in building 60. The only description given to 911 was the subject was female. Deputy checked area, conducted foot patrol of the Griffin Center and Staff later advised Deputy the female had left the area. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call regarding 290PC. Deputy spoke to RP and his Parole Officer. The Parole Officer will not be allowing RP to attend GCCCD due to his 290PC status. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy informed by CAPS of red Mitsubishi sedan, Parking Structure 3rd Level, occupied by 3 subjects possibly smoking marijuana. Deputy checked the 3rd level for the vehicle and subjects. Vehicle and Subjects had left the area. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated Bicycle Theft. Sometime today between hours, an unknown suspect stole a student's blue colored Trek 7.2 FX bicycle (serial number WTU135C3193K) which had been cable locked at one of the three green bicycle racks next to the bus stop. There was no suspect information. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted Student at stoplight using cell phone while driving. Disposition: WARNED

One of the parties involved stayed at the scene but did not exchange all the required information. Deputy arrived and assisted with the information exchange. Driver was blocking traffic to pick up student and Deputy educated driver regarding a different location for pick-up which was not in violation of the vehicle code.
