Claremont, Chicago, IL) arrived on scene, signed an Acceptance of Responsibility form and was arrested on an Edwardsville PD FTA-Criminal Damage to Property/Trespass to Residence Warrant. Fikuru was transported to SIUE PD where he was booked and processed. Fikuru was unable to post the $400 cash bond and was transported to the Madison County Jail at 14:50 hrs.
