4 Location: 418 COUGAR VILLAGE APTS Officer responded to Cougar Village 418 regarding a roommate dispute that turned physical. The suspect had departed from the area prior to the officer's arrival. The victim refused medical attention and declined to prosecute. Officer later spoke with the suspect who agreed to stay away from the apartment until the situation was resolved on a permanent basis. Guerrero (18 yoa, 718 Abingdon St, Galesburg, IL) turned himself in to the PD and was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol.
