They were fair priced and fantastic in all aspects from the selection of granite and template work to professional and efficient installation. They work with all major stone suppliers in Aurora and Denver areas and also have their own inventory. A complete supplier of all other bathroom and kitchen remodel needs including cabinets and fixtures. Also used their recommended partner companies for our plumbing and tile needs. Coordination, craftsmanship, and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend! They also do quartz and marble. They promised 4 day fabrication and they met that date (larger jobs might be longer). They did the tearout on the old counters as well and *NO* damage!! They also did a rather complicated repair to the counters at the new house and that's beautiful too! They did what they said when they said they'd do it! That never happens! It was very clear watching them work that they really care about what they do. Highly recommend these guys! First, He worked alongside me to clean out clutter--he arranged for a dumpster--and he helped me sort and toss out unneeded "stuff." He installed an overhead storage unit, stand alone shelves and workbenches. Also he installed a "Gladiator" storage system for hanging tools and miscellaneous items. He painted the interior and power washed the floor and helped me organize our remaining "stuff." Overall, we could not be happier with the quality of his work. He was professional and his expertise shined. I thought his fees were reasonable. Service Provided: Cabinets Date Service Performed: July-September 2016 Contractor Name/Company: Meadow Creek Kichen and Bath Contractor Phone Number: Comments: Owner misled us about the quality of the cabinets and was very difficult to deal with. After the wrong cabinets were delivered and had to be replaced the customer service went downhill quickly. Per industry practice we paid half when cabinets were ordered and planned to pay the remainder when the job was completed. After portions of the cabinets had to be reordered a second time, owner demanded full payment even before the replacements were delivered. We ended up with cabinets that we can live with but it definitely wasn't worth the hassle, and instead of it taking 3-4 weeks, it ended up being weeks. Definitely will not deal with this company in the future. Service Provided: Complete Master Bath Remodel Date Service Performed: August/September 2016 Contractor Name/Company: Sister-Fix-It Comments: We are very pleased with the work that Sister-Fix-It performed. Jeannie Frankovitch, owner of Sister-Fix-It, is very professional, dependable, fair and easy to work with. Her staff of Karen and Rachel work hard and take pride in their work. Karen is a wizard with tile, and we had a lot of tile since our remodel included a steam shower that was tiled floor to ceiling and included a fullwidth bench. Jeannie's electrician and plumber were also very professional and did quality work. We had no issues with any of the workers, and in addition to knowing their business and doing a good job, they are also genuinely nice people. We will definitely use them again in the future, and we recommend them for any type of remodeling, carpentry, painting or tile work. Jeannie Frankovitch the General Contractor provided a reasonable bid, fit us onto the schedule in a timely manner and along with her associates Karen and Rachel completed the job with high quality, efficiently, and within budget. I had the option of purchasing my own materials at the lowest possible cost - no

3 contractor's mark up. Special mention to Karen who was our tile installer, plumber's helper and main go to person onsite. I have rarely encountered a more conscientious and helpful person in the building trades. Karen would offer ideas based upon past experience which I had not considered to give us a special outcome. Jeannie is obsessed with client satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to provide a result exceeding your expectations. We have know Adam for over 10 years and he has remodeled our Kitchen back in 2007, and because of his excellent work, we asked him to remodel 3 bathrooms, wood floors, and front door. Maverick performs a lot of work in Ken Caryl, the quality of his work and the attention of his staff is exceptional. We are highly satisfied and would recommend him to anyone considering remodeling. Service Provided: Drywall Date Service Performed: November 2016 Contractor Name/Company: Full Finish Drywall LLC / Wade Hansen, owner Contractor Phone Number: Comments: Wade, the owner, put in a large patch in my kitchen ceiling. Everything was sub-par. The lack of appropriate framing material and attaching of drywall to frame created a crack in the new ceiling. The texture job was patchy. The tape he used on paper to cover my hardwood floor ripped the finish off requiring me to re do all my hardwood floors from bare wood. Though he said he had insurance he did not and was only able to pay a small portion of what the floors cost me to re-do. The entire ceiling had to be redone. I cannot recommend him as a proficient or honest workman. We are so pleased that they did. Both the remodel and the new construction were completed to our great satisfaction. Her crew is professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. She oversees each job and if it does not meet her standards, she fixes it. We particularly appreciated her co-worker, Karen. A more reliable, easy-towork-with person doesn't exist! We plan to use SFI for our next remodeling project. Always provided updates on the progress and excelled at making suggestions for both design and materials-to-be-used. Jeannie has a wonderful personality, is very communicative, and she was always quick and patient to answer any questions we had. She is competant, ethical, responsible and responsive to the needs of the customer. She can do a wide range of "fix-it" jobs. She did a wonderful job laying tile for us and a challenging bathroom remodel. I would highly recommend Jeannie as an overall great handy-woman. Date Service Performed: 6/18/2012 Contractor Name/Company: Sister-Fix-It Construction Comments: I highly recommend Sister-Fix-It Construction for any type of services. We hired Jeannie to remodel our dining room, living room and part of our kitchen. We had a budget of $50,000 for this job and a tight time limit. She and her crew ended up doing everything for $45,000 and it turned out way nicer then I could even imagine. It is such a difference working with a woman contractor because she is so detailed oriented. She has performed work for 12 different customers up in Ken Caryl and as far as I know, she has all very happy customers. She finished 2 days before the deadline that we agreed on because we were leaving for vacation. She is very trustworthy and the crew working for her are all trustworthy as well. I gave her the code to my garage during those three weeks and never thought twice about it. After working with her, I can't imagine working with another company in the future. She was also available all the time during the remodel by phone and . Service Provided: Drywall patching, painting, tile, new lighting, and much more Date Service Performed: Dec/Jan Contractor Name/Company: Sister-Fix- It Construction Contractor Phone Number: Comments: Sister-Fix-It Construction run by Jeannie Frankovitch is a wonderful choice for all your interior and exterior painting, tiling, handyman, and remodeling jobs. They handle the smallest of jobs for us like changing an outdoor lighting fixture to our interior and ceiling painting. They were always communicative about timing and very prompt. Most importantly, they listened very well! Jeannie is a Jane of all trades! She explains everything they are going to do ahead of time very clearly and sticks to agreed upon deadlines. We would recommend Jeannie and Sister-Fix-it Construction to everyone. Contractor Phone Number: Comments: Hawk construction was not quite the lowest bid, but we feel we have received better value and a better result than if we had gone with the lowest bid. Hawk construction and their sub-contractors did a professional job. Service Provided: Remodel of laundry room, kitchen and master bath Date Service Performed: Summer 2012 Contractor Name/Company: Husek Remodeling / Sander & Son's Designs and Cabinets Contractor Phone Number: Comments: Fred Husek ( ) was professional in all respects. His "Statement of Work" and pricing were clearly spelled out including his overhead and profit. We were very comfortable working with Fred and his many very well qualified sub-contractors that his has worked with for over 25 years. Fred also issued credits for expenses that were estimated but not incurred. Sander and Son's ( ) were also instrumental in the design and layout of this significant project. Phil and Mike made detailed drawings of our home on their CAD system that allowed for real time changes and revisions. And, there were many of them. They also provided all of the cabinets, counter tops and pulls. They also worked and communicated very well with Fred. They made an excellent team. The communications with Fred were excellent and his response to problems/issues was immediate. We collectively discussed the situation, discussed options and moved forward quickly. He also recommended we call in a professional engineer to evaluate and identify where a support wall was located and verify that it would support the load. The quality of the work Fred and his subs preformed was excellent. Unforseen problems were identified and worked around. This is part of the nature of remodeling. Trash removal and clean-up was performed at the end of every day leaving things in as good of condition as possible. Overall Quality and Cost: If you wish to do a remodel and want it done professionally, contact Fred and Phil. If you want to do it on the "cheap" then don't waste your time or theirs.
