They did quality work and made it incredibly easy us to receive the rebates we qualified. hit and miss but so much miss i can't recommend them. once we'd signed that they'd collect our insurance money, we had no recourse and no way to back out. the process on their end went much longer than they stated. time dragged on with no feedback from them. we had to chase them down on every... Our biggest issue was a flat roof that retained water many years. Storm Group said that they could fix that, they tore the old roof off and put a new roof on. Immediately after they put it on it rained and it still retained water. I called them and they immediately said they would come out. He came... Quality appears good. Make sure debris cleanup in gutters is thorough. Be prepared to wait 4 months proof of warranty. They were very professional. They correct any issues that come up immediately. The work was needed to repair leaks in my roof and we wanted it done quickly bee more rain came and additional damage to our basement. I did not get a call from anyone, and had... I am extremely satisfied with their work and they have very nice people. We are really happy with the work they did and would recommend them. Just be home when they come out to avoid having to have them come back out to address anything not to your expectations. Storm Group Roofing put gutters on our duplex. They gave us a fair estimate and it was super easy and fast to schedule the work. The following week our gutters were installed and they work great! We will use them again.
