They completed the work less than 24 hours after we approved the quote and paid the deposit the work. The new gutters changed the look of our house the better, and they were a needed functional upgrade. The entire experience with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters was exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time, replaced my gutter system, and removed the old gutters quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of gutter replacement or installation... Excellent communication. Something as simple as keeping your customer up to date on the scheduling, etc seems to be difficult most companies. However, Brothers that just do Gutters always kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on with my project so I highly recommend them. Replied to my request inmation immediately, Dana arrived promptly our scheduled appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and answered questions. He was very personable and professional. The team arrived as planned. Telephone reminders the day bee were helpful even though we did not... Third time using BTDG...once install of gutters on the house and two minor repairs. No issues, work done well and very professional job...in and out, clean and in a timely matter. will absolutely consider using them in the future. This company is just right on!! They do what they represent to do. The Brothers that Just Do Gutters were great to deal with. From the estimator to the installation crew all of the people I dealt with were professional. The installation crew did a nice job and clean up. I would and have recommended them. Very good experience with BTJDG! All my questions were answered promptly, the crew showed up on time and did a great installing my gutters/downspouts, they look terrific! Westport, CT May 28, 2015 So glad I found this company, I recently contracted with them to install a new gutter system with the Rhino guards, they were very competitive in terms of price and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule when it came time to install the system. I would highly recommend 'The Brothers' to anyone... This is one of the best vendors we came across and have been very happy with the products, the staff and the people doing the work. They live up to their word about their product, their warranty, and their company. We HIGHLY recommend this company all your gutter needs. By far the most professional outfit I have ever done business with. This is a small company that acts like a well run tune 500 company. I am actually modeling some of my customer service of my company after this experience after these guys. And I have referred multiple people to them just so they see how a real service company should act This is a reputable Company with a hands on owner who stands by his product and takes personal responsibility work permed by his Company. Roxbury, CT Sep 11, 2014 I have done business with many contractors over the years and I am really pleased with The Brothers and their crews. I only wish they did other work beside gutters. They are the best. They are exceptional, I have never been this happy to spend my money.the craftsmen were very professional and polite. I only wish they didother work. Highest quality work completed on time and on budget by skilled professionals--doesn't get any better!! Outstanding. They set the bar customer service. Why does this rating start at 4 out of 5 stars? That's bullshit. It should be 0 to 5 if you want an honest reply. Everything was exceptional. Shortly after they left we had a very heavy rainfall and we could see that The Brothers did a great job in correcting our problems. We intend to have them come yearly. This company was exceptional. They were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. I am really very happy with their service and intend to use them on a yearly basis. Page 4 of 6

Stamd, CT May 15, 2014 The team was professional and efficient from the minute I called. They looked up my house on the web and were able to give me an accurate quote on the phone. They even alerted me to some roof damage that I was unaware of! Great job all around. The Brothers did an excellent job at our house! We have a steep pitch cape with a large dormer and the 2 valleys of the dormer always overflowed our old gutters in a downpour. They re-pitched the gutter and installed Leaf Solution across the front. After several heavy thunderstorms we have no overflow... Their great installation crew (Jimmy/Geoff/Mikey) was pleasant, friendly, and very efficient and did beautiful work and cleaned up throughly in accordance with my expectations. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. The two guys who came and did the work did a great job and were very professionally I do not remember his name - but I was impressed with the guy that was at the Stamd Home Show. He is why I engaged with your company. Sincere, knowledgable and very engaging. Great salesman without being a "salesman". I am an Angies list memeber and will be posting a review but I am planning to wait till I have a better feeling how these work over time. Likely to post in the July timeframe.
