2 Bruce from July 2015 New Furnace Install...Follow-Up Had a new Lennox furnace installed in the fall. Installers were punctual, quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Everything was top notch. Had an issue this week with the furnace, I called Reliable and John called me right back. Although he was very busy he suggested I try a few things. What really surprised me is that he called this evening to follow up to see if the problem had been solved. Absolutely incredible Customer service and yes, it appears my issue is resolved. He provided excellent advice on replacement equipment. Greg was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Replacing the furnace. A/C and WiFi thermostat in one day was a major project. The 3-man Reliable team of installation technicians that was led by Jeremy was great. They worked from 7:00 to 3:00 with very few breaks. Again, they were were tech savvy, efficient, organized and caused minimum disruption to the our house. I feel they went above and beyond and deserve a big Bravo Zulu for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC. T from July 2015 Furnace Replacement Furnace was approaching end of life. Requested quote from several firms. Reliable Home quoted Lennox Furnace, Humidifier and Air Filter and drain pump along with the reinstall of the air conditioning cooling core. They were prompt to respond. Greg was dispatched to take measurements and provide a quote. He spent a lot of time talking about the company and the pride the owner takes in ensuring staff do an excellent job. We took a few months to decide and we went with Reliable Home. The work was scheduled promptly. The lads arrived on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up. The install is tidy. The work was performed as promised and delivered on time. The new furnace is super quiet compared to our old one. Its been a week since the install - we are happy that we have a good furnace at a good price with a local service provider that backs their product.

3 Rodney Hallsworth from July 2015 Central Air Conditioner Reliable arrived within 2 days of the request and recharged our AC, which was low on coolant. The unit has worked great since repair and we are very happy with the work. The house stayed cool on July 19, which was a hot day. Last week, my tenant contacted me informing that the A/C stopped working and there was a burning smell coming from the furnace. I have contacted Reliance to ask for an inspection. After to paying $160 for a inspection, the representative informed me that the motor in the furnace was broken and recommended to replace the furnace and the A/C together for over $8,000. Since I did not have that much money, I wanted to get a second opinion and stumbled on to Reliable Home Environment s website which showed star ratings in all across its 15 reviews. After reading the review, I contacted Reliable for a quote. Less than 2 hours after leaving a voice message, John - the president of the Reliable - contacted me late at night. Despite not being able to see him in person, John explained to me through the phone that since I am calling him from a remote location, he said he will personally visit the home and inspect the issue. To make long story short, John inspected the furnace and found out that the furnace replacement was not necessary and replaced the furnace motor on the spot. He did find out that the A/C needed a replacement and they replaced the A/C within the day. By the time John quoted me for the A/C replacement, we were haggling for price but only because John offered to not charge for the motor replacement while I wanted to pay him for at least the parts. Overall, this was the best customer experience I have ever had. I d recommend Reliable to anybody who is having issues with their furnace or A/C in the Greater area. The Tech introduced himself as Justin and was very professional during and after the installation. Once the job was completed, which I might add was very neat and clean as a former member in the trade was completely cleaned up and all garbage and excess material removed. All I can say is this company keeps to the promises made at point of sale, no hidden expenses. I would highly recommend them to other potential clients. Kudos Dave

4 shane from Etobicoke June 2015 Heating A/C Install Just had a new Lennox Furnace and AC installed by John, Taylor Van Gurp and Jordan Boot. Excellent service, polite and courteous team. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Lynn from June 2015 AC Replacement My husband pulled three companies off the internet and indicated that Reliable had the best BBB rating - they are the only company I called and I couldn t have been more satisfied by the respectful and courteous treatment I received from my initial call pleading for help after my AC committed suicide - John was so friendly and reassuring telling me that someone would be out to see us that very evening. Jordan and his colleague came by the house and had a look and deemed that yes indeed, an AC funeral was in order. We told him to go ahead and provide us with a quote and he promised to let us know the next day how much and when he could install (advising due to high levels of requests - installation may take up to 2 or 3 days). Jordan called me the next morning with a quote and said that if we were flexible, he could come within the next two hours to work on the installation! We had a new AC unit within just over 24 hours! The best part of our dealing with Reliable is that we NEVER felt pressured to purchase something more than we needed, costs and work required were explained well in advance of the installation and the follow up to caring for our new AC was so very much appreciated. All in all, John, Jordan and his colleague (I forget his name), went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, fair pricing, excellent equipment and genuine care for their client. Without hesitation, we recommend Reliable and we will for sure use them in the future should we require any assistance.

Completed a high quality installation of all HVAC equipment in my home with superior customer service throughout the whole process. Details: Picked Reliable out of 3 estimates from quality companies in order to do a complete HVAC equipment replacement, installing a Lennox furnace & AC, and a Rheem condensing tankless water heater in my home. Starting with the sales visit, Greg was helpful in identifying a good equipment combination that would suit my home, and I was able to take advantage of a promotional offer to get the Lennox SLP98V at a discounted rate, and OPA & manufacturer rebates. Greg also paid attention to detail during the visit and identified a number of items from the existing setup by a previous owner that did not meet current code and would be corrected during the new install. Taylor, Jeremy, and Jordan installed the furnace including humidifier and cartridge type media filter, the AC, and the tankless water heater. The workmanship by these guys was excellent on all three units. The finished product looks clean and professional including vent and drain placements. I had advised the crew to use their judgement considering we hope to eventually finish the basement, and the final placement of everything they chose is going to make finishing that space a piece of cake. Undertaking this upgrade was a major investment in our home, but we feel completely justified after seeing the final results, and I d highly recommend this company to anyone. 6 Jennifer Vermeulen from May 2015 New Air Conditioner My boyfriend and I had gotten a few quotes to get a new air conditioner installed in our home. We had gotten an extremely high quote from another company. We then looked for another company and read some great reviews online about reliable. We requested an appointment via and within minutes we received a call from Greg and set up an appointment for the next day. Greg answered all of our questions made us feel very comfortable with the product and the company. The price was also almost 1,000 dollars less than the other company. We scheduled the install for a few weeks later and it went pretty seamlessly. Overall, we were very happy with the services provided and they made the process very easy. I also received a call from the owner John following the install to check in and provide tips and answer any questions. Everyone we dealt with were really great and I highly recommend reliable. We will certainly be using them for any HVAC services we need in the future. 7 Thomas from March 2015 New Furnace Installation Our old furnace was starting to fail in the coldest part of the year so we started to get some quotes to have it replaced. Greg from Reliable was certainly the most knowledgeable and honest representative from any company we talked to and was a big part of the reason we went with them. When we finally decided to go ahead and get the furnace installed I called Greg at about 4pm and the furnace was installed and working by about 2pm on the next day, very impressive. The installers were polite, professional and very efficient, which was an added bonus because it was about -30C the day they did the install. As for the furnace it s self it is quiet and does an amazing job of heating the house consistently. In the end it was an easy process with very pleasant people done extremely efficiently. I really can t see how you could do any better then the service I got from Reliable, it was absolutely top notch. Jim had visited and impressed me with his manner and expertise. Next he brought in Jeremy to consult whether or not it could be done as my existing space was small and I did not want the wall damaged. Jeremy is a wonder boy with talent, personality and high work ethic. He and Jason and Taylor worked all day and left me with a beautiful product. 9 Ted from January 2015 Furnace Installation And Maintenance Reliable Home Environment has been extremely helpful throughout the purchase and installation of my new furnace, all of which was done in a timely and professional manner. Where they have excelled however is in the aftercare. I have had two incidents, one of which had nothing to do with the furnace installation or additional work that they had done. When I called them, there was no question about whether the fault was with them or the gas company, but rather how quickly they could have someone out to get things back up and running. In approximately 45 minutes someone was at my door and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. Based on their strong customer support throughout in all of my dealings with them, I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace or maintenance support. I did not research any other company for price comparison as Reliable had installed our air conditioner approx. three years ago and I knew from that experience, that honesty and customer satisfaction were a main staple of this company. Not everything went according to plan, HOWEVER, RHE stepped up to the minor concerns I had, promptly and courteously. The job site was left in immaculate condition when completed. If we all think of our past work done by contractors, would you not rather pay a little extra, but get that PERSONAL touch during and after the work is finished (not forgetting that LENNOX is a great product with a great warranty)?

The old equipment came out without damage to our home or ducting. The new furnace was installed cleanly with the work being done with a very friendly and knowledgeable set of technicians, all were proud to produce their license cards. Pride in workmanship was very evident. They came when they said they would come, very appreciated in the current cold weather. We had heat by noon. The AC will have to wait until the spring for comment but the furnace is the quietest we have ever owned and the wifi thermostat has been immensely cool to play with. The owner John was on-site to show us all the features of our new system. He was thoroughly professional and explained everything, answering many things we did not even think to ask. (the crew had beat him to many of the questions we did ask). They were all patient and friendly and always took time to answer any questions we raised. 14 Matt from Kemptville 2014 Natural Gas Furnace and Air Conditioner We recently had a Lennox natural gas furnace and air conditioner installed by Reliable home environment. We have been extremely satisfied with the service and equipment we received from Reliable. This being our first major home renovation/replacement we were in unchartered waters; but Reliable Home Environment made this a stress free and positive experience. Out of all of the sales representatives that visited our house, Reliable was the most respectful, prompt and honest of all the companies. On the day of install all hands were on deck and extremely professional. Their work was completed with care and pride; qualities a home owner can really appreciate. The follow-up care has been impeccable and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Shannon from 2014 Furnace Install The furnance in my home decided to quit late at night (of course in the middle of the winter) and I phoned three different companies for quotes. Reliable Home was able to come first thing in the morning the same day I called for an estimate on replacing the existing furnace. Greg went over the work involved in replacing the unit, the time frame, price etc but did not make me feel pressured or push me into making a decision. Spent remainder of the day with other companies and called Reliable back. They were able to match the competitive pricing I had found elsewhere and were also able to make an appointment for me to have the furnace installed the following day (which happened to be a Friday and I had hoped I wouldn t have to wait all weekend with no heat in my home). Jeremy, Taylor and Jeff (I believe) arrived at my house at the time I was provided and greeted me smiling. They provided me a detailed explanation of the work they would be performing, how long they would take and the steps they would take to ensure my floors stayed dry that day as it was raining pretty heavily. They got to work right away and were happy to provide explanation and answers to all the questions i had about the installation. They were very thorough and meticulous and took great care in the quality of their work. Once the furnace was installed, they took the time to explain to me what I could expect in terms of differences from the previous unit, performance, noise level etc. They cleaned up and left the house looking exactly as it did before they started. I was very pleased with the service received from Reliable Home especially under such a stressful situation (lack of heat in the winter). They were able and willing to accomdate the replacement on short notice and that was much appreciated.

They were polite, shared important information about the product, and completed the work with a focus on excellence. I also appreciate the fact that the full warranty (parts and labour) is for eight years. jan kang from Gloucester 2013 AC and furnace installation We just moved into a newly built house and we wanted to install AC and humidifier for the winter. We contacted Reliable right away because we were never disppointed with Costco and Reliable is their contractor. Costco didn t disappoint us and Reliable impressed us to the point where we felt sorry. Jim was so honest, knowlegeable, and professional. He was so commited to meet our needs and gave us all the information we needed. My husband and his brother are both engineers so you can only imagine kinds of questions they had. Jim didn t fumble with any of the questions and he didn t say he will get back to us for any of them either. He is not pushy and we could tell he is proud of his job and his business. You can never go wrong with that kind of professional. Installation date was promtly set and Jeremy s crew came at 7 AM and worked for 12 hours. Not only Jeremy and his crew know what they are doing but also were very respectable to our property. They were also professional and respectable to their industry co-workers. They found few mistakes that the builder made and let us know but there was no ha! we are so much better tone. They fixed things that were done wrong without bragging about them. You know, sometimes you hear things that make you feel like you are being saved by them?. There were none of that. Jeremy spent more than an hour teaching my husband how to use the new system. And he answered all my husband s questions. His crew spent the time to clean up after themselves. They even cleaned the entrance way that was already dirty because of the move. As they were leaving he said he will call us tomorrow to check everything is good. I have no doubt he will call. If I sound too gushy then that might be because today garage door install people were supposed to come too but didn t show up without even a phone call. Although even without that it s gushy worthy and time that I took to write this worthy for people who are truly good at their job and take pride in it. I would recommend Reliable to others with 0% certainty that they won t make me recommending them embarrassed.
