Highlands, NC Nov 29, 2017 Great product and quick work. We are satisfied with the quality of installation. A few yard items were broken but we were reimbursed promptly. No follow up with requested warranty paperwork is our only complaint. Would definitely recommend this company I was pleased with the sales and installation of my my gutters, however we had some inclement weather in July of 2017 which caused some minor /damage to my gutters/gutter shield. I called and asked if they could send someone out to look and repair the damage. No response, no answer. I contacted my... The gutters and work I required was superbly accomplished by this firm. We took estimates from four businesses our new gutters, Yours was the most expensive but offered a guarantee and warranty on the work. Being on a fixed income and retired we didn't want to keep doing this kind of job every few years! Their product works; the cost was reasonable; and the service was courteous and professional. Installer has great knowledge of product and will go the extra step to make the entire system work and look attractive. Quality work, clean and pleasant crew. Page 2 of 5.

I recently needed all of it re-done after a significant hail storm. I am confident I got the same good product. All good contractors involved with roof and gutter repairs were inundated (ha ha) after the hail storm. But, I think... Good materials and workmanship but poor communication and schedule management... They ordered the wrong color awning. I did not want blue, but that's what I got. I ordered green & burgundy. Apparently, the salesman wrote it down wrong. I accepted it because I wanted it installed bee my husband died so he could enjoy being outdoors. I had numerous promises on installation, but... The installer was incredibly professional. Clearly had an extensive amount of experience and the windows look perfect. Yard sign in a neighbor's yard while having their windows replaced. I enjoyed the quality of the product. Customer service and communication needs to be improved. None. All. I was most satisfied with the price point and the quality of the product the price. I will l probably install some French doors next year early After order took 3 months to get door. Also the roof replacement looks very good. Shingles have 30 year warranty. Only drawback was my questions about the roof were very slow in being responded to and my last question about how long the wood... I was satisfied with how good it works. They even worked through the rain The salesman, Jim Biniecki, was very professional. Everything we agreed to and the initial call were handled in a timely manner and done to my satisfaction.
