2 SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) Project: CHRISTMAS DECORATION 1. PROJECT SCOPE: 1. This project consists of decorating certain terminal areas of the airport for the Christmas Seasons , and DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: 2.1 The project consists mainly of decorating Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix, especially the areas used by the passengers arriving and departing to give them the feeling and ambiance of Christmas. 3. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT: 3.1 The main works in this project for the decorator is to decorate the locations mentioned in article 3.2, with the materials AAA has and with an option for a minimum purchase of new materials for touchup. 3.2 The locations are as follows: - Hold Room areas gate 1 through gate 8 - Remote gate A/B - Arrival Baggage claim area - NON U.S. & U.S. check-in areas - MCA partially - Arrival corridor partially - Partially front Bldg. landside 3.3 The decorator shall use the decorations AAA currently has in stock, with an option for a minimum purchase of new materials for touchup.
3 3.4 A site visit is required to have a view of the locations that have to be decorated and also a view of the inventory list of the materials that we have. Date: October 4, 2013 at 9:00 hours. The meeting place will be in the Meeters and Greeters area arrival building infront of Cinnabon area. Please confirm your attendance at or and or y.harms@airportaruba.com or r.lampe@airportaruba.com. Note: During execution of the decoration the utmost care should be taken into account, in order not to damage AAA s property. 4. CONTRACT AWARD Aruba Airport Authority N.V. is not binding to contract to the lowest offer however AAA will negotiate with the best balanced offer submitted. The decorator should work during the following hours, which are from 8:00 up to 11:30 and/or 22:00 up to 07:00 during the whole week. The decorator should guard all his equipment/tools and is responsible at all times for his equipments/tools during the execution of works. After working hours all small equipments/tools should be removed from the site and stored in the location stipulated by AAA N.V. AAA will indicate temporary parking facilities during the working hours. A detailed definite time schedule for the execution of the work must be submitted prior execution of the works. A Pre-decoration meeting will be held with the decorator prior commencing with the decorations. Weekly progress meeting will be held with the decorator in which the decorator will inform AAA about the following items: - A time schedule - A safety plan - A list of materials/equipments to be used - A status project plan

FINANCE CONDITION The payments shall be effectuated as follows: - First payment 25% of the contract sum upon signing an agreement - 50% upon completion of the decorations and acceptance hereof by AAA N.V. - Last payment 25% upon delivery of final inventory list of the Christmas decoration of AAA N.V. 6. PROJECT DELIVERY TIME: The decoration must start November 4, 2012 and needs to be completed by November 18, SECURITY An airport badge is required in order to work on airport premises within the restricted areas. This badge allows the decorator to escort his or her team throughout the airport terminal. In order to get this badge the decorator should apply here for at the airport ID administration office. In order to get this badge the decorator should submit; - A list of names of all the decorators personnel who will be helping with the decoration. - A valid passport or a valid ID of all decorators and Awg per person, personnel Workers should be escorted at all times by the badge holder. 8. SAFETY All airport safety measurement should be strictly taken into account not to disrupt airport operation and the execution of the project should be done in the utmost save and secure way 9. PARKING Parking is not allowed in front the terminal. Vehicles are only allowed to park in front of the terminal for the delivery of materials/goods, as part of the daily work. This should be duly coordinated with the project coordinator who in turn will coordinate this with the Traffic Police of AAA.
5 10. OFFER VALIDATION 10.1 The offer should be in a sealed envelope and should be deposited in a Tender Box at the Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix Office nr. G2.03; AAA Reception office on the first floor of the Airport Tower Building. The closing date is Thursday October 10, 2013 before 16:00hrs. Offers delivered after the closing day on Thursday October 10, 2013 will not be considered Announcement date will be October 14, INSURANCE 11.1 In all cases in which decorator itself is liable towards third parties, it shall hold AAA N.V. harmless from any claims of these third parties. Decorator shall have no right of recovery whatsoever on AAA N.V. in the matter of claims of third parties Decorator will not be liable for damages, suffered due to theft, or damage to the decorations within the decorated areas. 12. MANAGEMENT 12.1 Overall project coordinator on the part of AAA will be the Commerce Department, and can be reached at Tel. # and Tel. # JURISDICTION The contract award agreement will be governed by the laws of Aruba and any disputes between parties relating to this agreement can exclusively be submitted to the Court of First Instances in Aruba. *****
