24 Utility Conflicts Pre project condition Existing above and below ground utility lines, vaults and cabinets, and trees limit available area for biotreatment facilities. After project construction
25 Distance from building requires design change cobble swale added.
26 New location avoids conflicts with utility cabinets and existing trees, compliments monument sign.
27 Pedestrian Access Conflict with sanitary sewer location and concerns over discharging runoff onto sidewalk made biotreatment in the landscaping a less viable option.
28 Maximum Extent Practicable Squeezing in a swale to treat remainder portion of paved driveway surface.
