9 Constant heat regulation set Constant heat regulation set/edition 7 3-way T-mixer with fully adjustable bypass The constant heat regulation set is a heating circuit with a mixer for under floor heating. The flow temperature can be adjusted at the 3-way T-mixer. Water from the return is mixed into the flow through the adjustable bypass, and the quantity of water circulating in the heating circuit is increased as a result. A surface thermostat allows for a temperature delimitation safeguard to be implemented. In the event of the flow temperature being exceeded the pump is switched off. 10 Heat regulation system for return Return temperature regulation/edition 7 The return heat regulation system is mounted beneath the manifold joint. Depending on the temperature of the return at the boiler entry, flow water is mixed into the boiler return. The result of this is that the boiler attains its operating temperature faster, and in service the return temperature does not fall below a pre-adjustable value. The aim is to avoid condensation in the combustion chamber (increasing the service life) and reducing the emission of pollutants. The level of the minimum return temperature depends on the boiler type.
